Sandwich Draft 2017 (One Sandwich)

Should just have skipped BBQ sauce (could've just had it as part of your brisket selection as others have essentially done here) and left yourself another option. Another cheese perhaps. And screw those potatoes, if you're doing a mock of a Fatboy (one of many nicknames), tater tots would've been so much better.
 
I've learned a lot from this thread. Most importantly, never ever get myself involved in a sandwich draft. Never.

There are multiple forms of egg, there can be multiple forms of bacon. Precedent has been set. Apple-smoked bacon in a side is APPROVED!

Go with apple-smoked pork belly instead. Pork belly is almost always better in beans anyway. I cure and smoke it myself and chop it into 1/4 inch cubes, sear it to render a bit of the fat out and add a crunchy layer and then work that into the beans. Phenomenal.

I rushed the pork selection since I'm at the store and felt I had to change fast. But I'm pretty sure in a draft u can't change your mind.

Oh and Wes it's not just plain beens so shove it I added Bourbon and apples. Idiot!!

Should've gone with the hoagie roll, followed by a layer of the jalapeño creamed cheese, followed by tater tots (good for texture and tastier than mashed potatoes on a sandwich), the BBQ brisket and a nice melted English Farmhouse Cheddar on top.

My sandwich is not for the faint of heart, but for the mighty sandwich eater.

A buttermilk fried chicken thigh between two waffles. Bottom layer of pimento cheese, a friend green tomato sits atop the chicken, on top of that is some jalapenos. All of that is drizzled in Polynesian sauce.

You could've done better with the sauce, but I'll still give you a 5* review.

Idk why somebody wouldn't eat this.

Comfort food at its finest!!

First I need a heavy duty bread, a toasted hoagie bun. I line the top and bottom with roasted garlic mashed potatoes then add jalapeño cream cheese then brisket, with a spicy BBQ sauce and Sweet and smoky bourbon baked beans with apple smoked bacon.

This is the ultimate BBQ sandwich and the one sandwich that stands a chance at satisfying my hunger.

I would like it if it was all separate sides.

As a sandwich together, gonna have to pass.
 
I'll cobble mine together on Thursday (Wednesday your time) did a dry run yesterday and it was pretty good, but need fresh bread and some more roo cause I've already cooked and eaten the roo I've bought.
