Some of these NEC codes. Stupid city just made me rip up a entire job cause I sleeved NM with PVC. Plastic bags last like 1000 years in a landfill yet my non-decay site PVC is gonna deteriorate an electrocute the world before the house collapses?

I heard you had some free time the other day when someone didn't show up for a job. Must have had a few hours to kill. Dun-dun-dun!! The plot thins!!
 
When I add Brettanomyces during primary fermentation when I meant ta add it during secondary when I'm brewing a Belgian sour. Also when I age my Lambic for a year only ta find out it was contaminated somewhere along the process so my hops don't oxidize enough.

Yeah, you used brewing trivia as a smoke screen one time before. Yet where I have a thread discussing homebrewing you don't participate. Not hard to hit up the guy at work who brews for a little tidbit to post to make it sound like you home brew.

Throw off tha scent? Some of you say the oddest things that sometimes I have no clue what yer talkin bout.

Yes I use ta be a pretty good Brewer an dabble here n there. Now I mainly cook hooch since it is so much simpler an I git my sprouters from tha farmers I trade work for. I kin make a batch over coals with a pot, a quart jar magnets ta the bottom in the center, a thermometer, an a bucket filled with ice or snow. After the head burns off add more coals an heat it up ta bout 190. Tha ethanol evaporates an condenses on the bowl than drips inta the jar. Simple still.

Does it take a lot of extra time to go back and edit your posts to use "yer", "tha", "kin", "git", and "ta"? Or can you type them in real time?

Say, bin meaning ta ask if ya happen ta know Stanley Fawcett from the Marriott School of Business. If ya do tell him I loved his 2001 book Achieving World Class Supply Chain Management. Brilliant book but I would like to have read a bit more consumer driven theory in there analysis. What Amazon (an shipping companies) has done in product delivery is truly remarkable.
