Following Potential 2018 Draftees

These guys are UK homers, but they're starting to hype Knox as a high lottery pick.

Hopefully that is out of the Jazz range

True, but we need a guy like that--someone who can run the floor, play both ends, knock down shots, make a play off the dribble, score at the rim, and make some passes. He won't be the playmaker that Hayward was, but if he develops, he could cover a number of those bases. A team based around Mitchell, Knox and Gobert could work, and it would allow Hood and Ingles to just be the complementary players that they probably are. I think that's the prototype we're looking for.

The Kurucs, Musa, Tillie types are nice, but likely not athletic enough to be a guy we can play through.

I'm not sure how we get a guy like that, but I didn't think we could trade up for Mitchell either. That was a coup.

Hamidou Diallo in the UK Big Blue Madness...pretty much just dunks, but you see some of the quickness and explosion.

And yet another UK guy, former 5-star recruit, now sophomore Sacha Killeya-Jones. Could go late first round or early-mid second round. He's still developing physically but has good athleticism, coordination, feel and surprisingly good shooting touch. Now 6'10", 222 lbs with a 7'2" wingspan according to UK pro day measurements.

His game has some of the same strengths and weaknesses as Skal Labissiere. He's just not getting much time or many touches, but he actually looks quite efficient on offense. If we could pick him up in the 2nd round or late 1st, it would be solid value.

I met to post his senior highlights rather than junior year.

Here's some of his scrimmage highlights. He's the skinny guy, #1.

I know you said the Jazz should get Aaron Gordon but how do you propose they do that? I agree gordon would be a nice fit and I wanted him more then Exum.

They only gave 74 mil committed next summer so they can afford to offer him a max but he hasnt shown he deserves a max yet. They dont have any awful contracts other then Fourniers 17 mill per for the next 4 years. (he is goberts good friend)

I am not sure the Jazz have what it takes to trade for him. Favors and Vucevic are not an ideal pair as neither are stretch players. Besides they have alot invested in Biyombo. They night be interested in Hood but do you give up favors and Hood to get the bad contract of Fourneir and to give Gordon a max?

It's very unlikely that the Jazz can trade for Aaron Gordon. He's starting to play much better this year. I just wasn't big on going after Randle.
