Last Restaurant You Ate At?

I wish I were Wes Mantooth and/or Siro. That wouldn't be expensive for my pretentious self.

Yes, that's what it is. Or maybe the food is just that ****ing good at many more expensive places. That's not always the case. Many times it's not. And I know some like Ron don't see the sense in such an expense and that's fine, I understand his point of view. I personally do however and am fortunate enough to be able to have such a "vice." I enjoy the experience and having an adult night out sans kids and simply love great ****ing food.

Thanks for making my point by saying "expensive."
I'm not arguing the food doesn't taste good. I'm arguing over a hundred bucks for a meal is expensive to 99% of the population. I'm glad you and Siro disagree with truth. Seems about right.

Where did I say it wasn't expensive?

Holy cow, I remember you being a sensitive kid. And then you ran off, your tail between your legs because you got your panties in a bunch over God knows what years ago. And now you've come back. Less mature. More sensitive. And as dumb as ever.

I used to like you Archie. But holy ****, get the **** off my dick and grow up.

I pretty much can't go out for Sushi with my wife and kid without spending over $100.

$100 is a lot for a meal, but it is definitely worth doing occasionally.

I love going out to eat and I love good food. Expensive restaurants arent better food. You are paying for the environment not the food at that point. I would rather go somewhere with great food. But I understand some people like the high end feel of expensive restaurants. I personally dont really like the vibe in them very often. I will occasional go to them if I hear its really good food, but more often I am disappointed.

Yeah, I'm being so sensitive because I pointed out the fact that $120 is more expensive than 99% of restaurants, in which you disliked and negged me over. Lol. You seem way more upset by it, dude.

Some food, like sushi or steak, is always expensive. Either way, this is a really dumb conversation. Can't believe we're actually discussing whether Archie gets to set the standards on what's okay to eat.

I disagree with that. I have eaten at plenty of inexpensive great sushi places and steak places. But they do tend to be overpriced compared to others. I am not having this discussion because of something Archie typed, that part is indifferent to me.

My argument has never been anything close to setting the standards of eating. Do you even read, guy?

Like I said, I never said anything about it being expensive or not expensive.

You really are one insecure dude, holy cow.

We can agree to disagree.

Just went to a restaurant called Sugar Fish in LA. Was $230 for 4 people. Had sashimi and nigiri. Feel a bit fished out tbh.

Edit: I should mention, I saw Conan O'Brien there. He was with his wife and kid (a split image), and they sat at the bar, presumably not to draw attention.

If you live in the right location sushi isn't that expensive.

But then again I dont really understand why people like any kind of steak that much, so my opinion on expensive steaks is probably irrelevant.

I honestly think 100% of the times I have eaten at an expensive restaurant I have gotten seafood. And 90% of the time it's shrimp. Shrimp life all day.
