Mike Tyson vs. the guys who almost botched the Crowder deal -- Kings @ Jazz 3/17/18 7:00 PM MST

infection=legend.
Ya, he is my vote for poster of the year (season) if there was an award for that. And not just for these fantastic gamethreads. He has been killing it with his posts in most all threads.

I honestly have no idea what a lion has to do with the city of Sacramento or the state of California, but one thing is for certain: I’d rather have this king and his tiger than those Kings and their lion.
Sacramento is the capital of California and is filled with numerous, west-coast politicians -- lion is what they do.

The lady and I are stoked for this game, missed the last two being at the hospital and it's been torture, we had the option to stay another night but we're like nah the jazz play tonight lol
priorities

He followed Jerry to the Jazz the following season but then left to head coach the Kings again and, during his tenure, they relocated to Sacramento. He then returned to Utah for the duration of his career.
Phil was already an assistant for Frank Layden when Jerry was hired, and if he hadn't left for that Sacramento job, he would have become the Jazz head coach when Frank quit.

And how can you not mention that Phil coached Weber State before going to Chicago? Tsk, tsk.

I’ll have to amend the first part. As far as the second, I qualified it by stating his first professional gig.

Everything in this thread is 100% factual.

In fact, in any thread, it’s probably at least 90% factual. Any time you see a date or a reference to something that happened, all of those things are true.
"If you don't believe this lie is true, ask the blind man, he saw it too."

Can't wait to see how Exum does tonight. If he continues to play like he did we might need to reassess our timetable.

I really like niang, I feel can be a good player. I know he is a good 3 point shooter but is he good in defense? Hope he will have more minutes to show he is really good!

Cool story bro (me): I was at the summer league game where Ostertag outplayed Duncan. There was one moment I remember, Duncan got the ball about the free throw line and I was CERTAIN he was going to shoot a jumper/fadeaway. He faked both me and Ostertag out of our shoes and went in for a dunk. It was then I realized that Duncan had pretty strong basketball skillz. (I don't watch college ball, at all)

Not sure why the game plan every game is to avoid letting Mitchell touch the ball the first 5 minutes.
