Sacramento is the capital of California and is filled with numerous, west-coast politicians -- lion is what they do.

Phil was already an assistant for Frank Layden when Jerry was hired, and if he hadn't left for that Sacramento job, he would have become the Jazz head coach when Frank quit.

And how can you not mention that Phil coached Weber State before going to Chicago? Tsk, tsk.

I’ll have to amend the first part. As far as the second, I qualified it by stating his first professional gig.

Can't wait to see how Exum does tonight. If he continues to play like he did we might need to reassess our timetable.
 
I really like niang, I feel can be a good player. I know he is a good 3 point shooter but is he good in defense? Hope he will have more minutes to show he is really good!

Cool story bro (me): I was at the summer league game where Ostertag outplayed Duncan. There was one moment I remember, Duncan got the ball about the free throw line and I was CERTAIN he was going to shoot a jumper/fadeaway. He faked both me and Ostertag out of our shoes and went in for a dunk. It was then I realized that Duncan had pretty strong basketball skillz. (I don't watch college ball, at all)
 
Not sure why the game plan every game is to avoid letting Mitchell touch the ball the first 5 minutes.
