Jazz 2017/18 Playoff Bus! All Aboard!

the 2 minute report vs the spurs shows that the refs ****ed the jazz over not once, but twice during the game.

1. the hack on gobert by aldrige, which would have resulted in an and 1 free throw attempt.
and the second one was quite bad too,

BOTH gasol and aldrige went into the lane PRIOR to the release, the 2 min report states that the refs made the wrong call and should have resulted in a another attempt at a miss and rebound.
Aldridge’s feet hang over about 6 inches into the lane on every free throw attempt.

Yes! Bucks give the Spurs another loss. Half games could matter down the stretch. Now let's take care of our business with the Ws

I expected the Jazz to lose the first two games of the final ten and basically be 42-32 after tonight. I did not think they'd lose to the effing Hawks. If they can beat the hobbled Warriors tonight, they'll be in pretty good shape to get to 47 wins before the final two games where the Warriors and Blazers could be resting their starters.

The Spurs loss today is potentially huge. We still have the tiebreaker against them and they still have five games vs WC 1-10 seeded teams and a road game against Washington.

Of the following teams, which do we have tiebreakers over?

Blazers
Thunder
Spurs
TWolves
Pelicans
Nuggets
Clippers

Spurs have eight games left. 4 at home (OKC, Rox, Blazers, Kings) and 4 on the road (Wiz, Clippers, Lakers, Pels) where they’ve currently lost 4 in a row. I’m hoping they lose at least 4 of those.

That would put them at 47-35.

Spurs, Pelicans and Clippers (not that the Clippers matter), also Blazers potentially though I don't think that will matter either. With Denver, we don't know. They could end up with a better or worse division record. We'll definitely have a better conference record if the division record is also tied.

Minnesota, we lose on division record, but could prevail in three way. Unlikely we prevail on OKC under any scenario.
