This will answer the question if we can beat the Jazz when staked a 9 point lead.

Where was this (bleep) effort and shooting on Sunday night against SAC

WE DONT MISS LOL

I hate Rubio seems that guy always dominates us

Dont know how Rubio kills us everytime offensively.

We're actually playing pretty good basketball

We're on fire from 3

I hate how they're letting Crowder just do whatever he wants to Randle. edit: nvm, forgot we're in Utah

A lot of teams are kicking themselves for passing on Donovan Mitchell. but seriously, who knew? I mean he had a decent sophomore season at Louisville but who saw this coming? He’s like a young Dwayne Wade.

I wish we were wearing the purple jerseys. I think it would look good with Utah's jersey and court.

Trying the lob to Lopez against Gobert isn’t the smart play

Gods I love Gobert. I wish we had him on our team.

Ricky Westbrook is killing us.

I’m pretty sure Rubio sold his soul to be good against the lakers. He is not a good shooter in any way, shape or form. I’m confident he’s going to score MAYBE 5-7 points next half

They are a good team. With Gobert protecting the rim, they are all over us out on the perimeter. Normally Rubio isn’t superhuman, but I called him turning into a superstar against us.

Do we have to let Rubio kill us again? Is that a contractual thing?

Snyder is scary like Kobe demon fire scary.

WTF is up with the new Jazz colors? It’s hideous.

UGH, Rubio killin us.

Dumbass basketball evaporates the lead again. Can’t help low iq basketball players. Hopefully Ingram and Lonzo are more appreciated now.

Rubio is the new last samurai

Counting down the days till Brook is gone. How are you 7 feet and can't even grab a rebound in 12 minutes? By far the softest C we've had in our down years and that says a lot.

Rubio always plays us like he's a knockdown shooter. He must have some deep hatred for our franchise.

Rubio fell on his man bun

Bun down!

Mitchell is pretty darn good

gobert really long ...

Gobert and Embiid bringing centers back

I just tuned in now and checked the box score, lmao how does ricky rubio have 25 at the half?

the Jazz's floor looks weird as ****

Superstar Ricky Rubio

Just once I wish we could have a team of guys that never complain to the ref. It's got to be a distraction from staying locked in.

Pathetic call. We're always getting ****ed in Utah by the officials

Math teacher dagger

How does Rubio get all these star calls when he’s a scrub? Lol

If Rubio drops 30 I’m gonna **** my friends ugly roommate

**** UTAH. I HATE THEM!

Is it me or does Rubio never miss against us? I swear even when he was shooting 25% from the field he's always on fire against us.

Gave up already 41 pts in the second. Dang defense sucks.

Why does Rubio love showing up when it's against the Lakers? F that dirty Spaniard.

Rubio would be an MVP if he played us 20x a season.

****in Juan Stockton

Jazz are the better team without Ingram/Ball

**** Mitchell is good

My only beef with Luke's coaching is how much we always struggle against teams with an elite rim protector. The team is just throwing the ball away the second they see Gobert

Jazz are better with Ingram/ball lol

The Lakers just lost an offensive rebound to someone who started laying down on the floor.

Go 1v1 on gobert Yea mmm k

This risk averse offense is horrible to watch. Better to have a few turnovers than to see this stagnant play.

Ingles looks like someone's dad

Welp... at least these guys are all playing themselves into affordable contracts.

Mitchell and Kuzma are pure scorers

Only reason to keep watching this (bleep) show Just let Kuz shoot every shot

Mitchell and Kuzma are like 100 times better than Lonzo. Why in the hell didn't Magic pick Mitchell?? Aargh!!! Instead we get a guy that can't shoot a lick and is always hurt.

It's really hard to be losing a game when you're living at the free throw line and are shooting lights out from 3 as well. Somehow they're doing it.

Who designed those Jazz jerseys? Tide? Can’t get over how stupid it looks.

a little defense and they might be able to get this

· and that was very little defense

I don't think I'll ever say anything much scarier than I believe Ennis has played himself back into the starting lineup.

Wow...Mitchell...

Mitchell just hits everything in guys faces

NOTHING HAPPENED TO YOU RUBIO, PIECE OF (bleep).

Kyle Kuzma and Donovan Mitchell both have 23 points and 5 rebounds tonight.

Hate the Jazz, but I love me some Mitchell.

Mitchell out hustles the Lakers

Switching Hart onto Gobert really isn’t working

LA is very competitive when healthy. Problem is they have two frail skinny guys who don’t seem durable enough to play long minutes without getting hurt.

Lonzo is going to have a lot, A LOT of work to do to get to Mitchell's level on offense, who might be the next D-Wade. Outside of Ingram, the number 2 pick always seems to be the most tricky and non ideal spot historically in the lottery.

You get an L
I get an L
Everyone gets an L

Just realized we’ve had the #2 pick the last 3 seasons If none of them end up as allstar caliber the Lakers have learned their lesson- tank harder.

Lakers missed out on KAT & Porz in the 2015 draft, and going to be hard for Lonzo to even sniff Mitchell or Tatum offensively. Outside of Ingram, which was a 2 person draft in the 2016 draft, number two pick just isn't an ideal spot to be at in the lottery. Lonzo has great instincts and elite on defense, but it's a perimeter league and if you can't score even though the rules are set up for perimeter players to succeed, you are almost useless in comparison to the elite scoring PG's in the league today.

Early this season I said the Jazz wouldn't make the playoffs....I was wrong on that but fact is they're still not that good of a team. They'll be waxed in the 1st round because they don't have more than one go to guys. Mitchell won't be able to get off what he's doing now.
Playoff scouting reports lock in on you tough

No Zo and Ingram, playoff opponent, road game. A solid meh/10 for this one.

The spanish Stephen Curry killed us tonight. Tough game squad looked gassed dont know theyll manage tomorrow. Somebody said Mitchell vs Kuz reminded them of Wade vs Melo I like that.

Mitchell's so good. He's the only rookie I'd take over Lonzo.

Donovan Mitchell is special. As much as we'll love having Lonzo for his career, not having Mitchell will sting.

The Juan Stockton one and all the Gobert/Mitchell lovefest are nice coming from delusional Lakers fans. They’ve got some solid young guys to work with though.

It’s funny to me how Laker fans lament that they ended up with Lonzo over Mitchell - while Jazz fans lament that they ended up with Bradley instead of Kuzma.

i m just glad that i don’t see stupid lakers fans in san diego anymore. they all disappeared. they were so annoying in 2010ish.

Still can't get excited about this win. Ricky and Donovan aside it was a pretty piss weak performance.

If Rubio drops 30 I’m gonna **** my friendsugly roommate.

Hope he wears protection...

Utah turned it on when they needed to. Looked like a situation where Utah was playing a bit relaxed against a team that isn't a total pushover. There was a span of the game when Utah focused on denying the three and it worked when they locked in. We're not gonna blow everyone out.

Everytime it felt like Utah would pull ahead and put the game away they got lazy on defense and the Lakers came back.

Looks like the Lakers are playing better than their record reflects right now. They seem like a well-coached team, which their win in LA over the Spurs last night suggested. They aren't going for a draft pick, they aren't in the playoffs, but they have a lot of guys who are trying to earn some playing time, trying to play with some pride. Our somewhat shaky win looks a bit better considering that the Lakers were able to beat Spurs in OT on a back to back.

Lakers will be back in the playoffs next year imo. They’d easily be in the playoffs if they were in the East (along with the Nuggets).
