Also, the NBA got really lucky with their scheduling the last night of the season. They’ve got Jazz-Blazers (possibly for #3), Spurs-Pelicans (winner probably gets to avoid GS in the first) and Nuggets-Wolves (probably for #8)

Wrong. D'Antoni recently said he wants his players going into post season without any rustiness and that he doesn't believe in resting players.
