Yeah favors, Crowder and jerebko are better players than Melo now.

Westbrook is good but he is also somewhat inefficient and most of his points come at the rim which means Gobert effect will alter this game a lot.

PG13 is the biggest factor I think. Does he care? Will he try to go all out, or is he thinking about need year and where he will be already? Is his shot still off or is he back to good shooting?
 
I think an underrated aspect is Rubio. If Rubio can force Westbrook to work on defense, that could be a key. When Rubio is a threat to score, our offense becomes incredibly dynamic. Rubio creates wide open 3s for Jingles, dunks for our bigs, and makes it easier for Spida to maneuver. When he can't hit anything, our offense becomes a one manned show for Spida to carry. He doesn't need to beat Westbrook. He just needs to force him to play some defense. Also, Westbrook still has a short fuse. I can see him losing his composure in a game and self-destructing if Rubio and Jingles are hitting shots, Gobert and Favors are beating them up inside, George is chucking, and Melo is standing around.

One thing I really hope to see is a fairly officiated game. We had no shot against Portland the way the officials called that game. No shot. I know OKC's big three will be working the refs. Lets hope the refs don't fall for the flops and star calls while swallowing the whistle on our end.

More often than not, talent wins in the NBA; but I think we have a big enough coaching advantage to make up for the talent disparity. It will be a hard fought series though, much like the Clippers series last year.

I'm pretty sure the problem against OKC is the same as we'll have with GSW: How to score?
It's the playoffs, and in the playoffs more or less anything's legal on the defensive side. DM will have his hands full. Ricky will be super important.

OKC doesn't play defense on the same level as GS though--especially now that they're missing Roberson.

They have length on defense, but I'm not sure they sustain effort for a full 48 minutes. They win by outscoring teams more than stopping them.

The key to the series is Utah's defense getting to their big 3. And by big 3, I mean Westbrook, George and Adams.

The Jazz should find matchups to generate shots. I'd like to see Mitchell go at Adams and draw a few fouls.
