Utah Jazz vs Los Angeles Lakers 7pm MST 10/28/2017

I don't have a very high opinion of Lonzo Ball. I was merely providing the translation of the intent of his post that you seemed to struggle with.
And i've never once said Exum will be an all star.

Move along little penguin

you're an exum stan fanboy and can't get over the truth. Exum is never going to be a star in this league.

hope you get your bed time story today.

When the Jazz drafted Exum I was excited. Since we didn't know a lot about him I figured the Jazz knew what they were doing. After watching him his first few seasons he played, the only thing I loved about him was how he glides, effortlessly, on defense. He always seemed too timid on offense and just wasn't what you'd expect, contribution wise, with his draft pick. That said, Exum absolutely has improved his game. The end of last season was almost like seeing who we'd thought he'd be. He carried this play over to summer league where he looked like a man amongst boys. I don't know if he'll ever be a superstar (doubt it) but he certainly can be a damn good player. Too bad he's had to deal with terrible injuries so far, but he's young enough to recover his career and hype. I root for Exum and I think the Jazz need him.

To be fair, it was a weak contest.

Fact.

Mitchell’s dunks in the contest were not weak. Maybe his comp was but he performed very, very well and was not gifted the win. When looking back at the last 20-30 years, I’d say his dunks were better than most winners and therefore above average.

I actually think Nance was the best pure dunker (altho he did have the obvious height advantage), but Donovan was a better showman.

Do you think the contest was great? Would you like me to link you articles about it being weak?

I guess maybe you do...

It's stupid to say that DM isn't a next level dunker. Defending that opinion by degrading the level of the contest just shows you are stuck in your ways. Tough way to grow old. Just admit you are wrong sometimes.

I think there are very few "next level" drinkers in the NBA. YouTube pretty much ruined my great drunker standards.

DM won the dunk contest (no matter how much you discredit it) and is a finalist with this dunk, yet he's not good enough for you to be considered next level? Are you worshiping an MJ poster that is still above your bed or something? DM wasn't worthy to you after his slow start. We all saw that. And he still isn't. Will he replace an idol?

I think you're taking what I'm saying a little too far. Mitchell's dunks were great. His first one got me out of my chair and yelling. The one off the side of the backboard was fantastic. That said, no one of his dunks were all time great imo. That's not shutting on him or discrediting him. I'm glad he won the dunk contest and he's a great dunker.

Ok.

Just curious if you have an all time great Jazz dunk.

Blue Edwards and Dr Dunkenstein have some great dunks.

Best Jazz dunk I've seen in real life was this one.

Well that wasnt a dunk so maybe you have never seen a dunk in real life?

JK, but many people argue about these types of "dunks" Where they throw it into the hoop from above it.
