What's new

Is Mitchell human?

For the millionth time: shut the **** up. Leave. Nobody likes you, respects you, or the slop that is your opinion.

I'm reporting your post as uncalled for and in bad taste! You should be given at least 2 demerits and a severe warning for excessive use of foul language and unkind remarks to a fellow Jazz poster! Frankly, you have been one of the most disliked posters on this board dating back to the Stockton and Malone era!

Damn. I mean... yeah?
LOL ... some of the people commenting here were saying similar things back in October -- he can't shoot, he can't jump off one foot, his handle isn't that good, etc -- when I said how great he was going to be. But CJ is right, he's not perfect, yet -- LOL.

The only people I would consider trading Mitchell for are Steph (maybe not...injuries catching up with him), Durant, LBJ, Harden. But I would even hesitate on any of them except Durant because of simply how well Mitchell fits in the team and his rookie deal is looking like the absolute steal of the new millennium. He will end up being for Denver was magic was for us, or Jordan for Portland or whoever it was passed on him.
Nope. None of those. His value goes WAY beyond what he provides on the court. I know Utah had a lot of respect back in the Stockton and Malone days. But Mitchell is truly an ambassador for the team, city and state. We just have to hope he doesn't Lebron or Durant us. But that's something to worry about years from now. And something tells me he's going to be loyal to Quin and DL...as long as the team is built to contend. I sure hope all those years of being the cheapest franchise in the league filled the coffers. Probably not, though. I'm sure the Millers drained as much as they could before turning the team over to a BOD.

Exactly the point I was making! Don't want the boy to develop bad habits that could surface and hurt the team later on!
He needs to work on his shot. Imagine after a summer of working on his shot, I swear he could be as good as Jordan, though smaller. He has that same soaring ability and creativity in the air that Jordan had. I'll be honest but the first time I saw him play I thought of Jordan but I didn't want everyone to laugh at me by saying it. Sure, he's not there yet, but I could see it coming. He's actually a year younger than Jordan when he came into the league. He's more humble too, fitting for the Jazz's Jordan.

This is one of the funniest posts I've ever read on jazzfanz.

Lack of self awareness is strong in you.

Numberica is one of the best posters on this site. Not just right now, but 10 years ago as well. You've been straight garbage longer than that. You think tattoos have something to do with how people play basketball. Like you really think that. And you try to post your **** takes and engage people who love the Jazz in your completely moronic nonsense.

KKKarolinajazz, GTFO!

I'm ****ing shaking.

I reiterate; go be a casual racist and fairweather fan elsewhere.

For the record, you are demonstrably, factually incorrect on a number of points. But that's nothing new for you.

I am my own version of the trade machine, and you know what, I wouldn't trade Mitchell for anything. He is absolutely priceless. He is on the path to mega-stardom.

Go to ESPN and read the comments in our game last night. People hate Westbrook. There are millions of LBJ haters. People hate the Warriors. The only player in the NBA who is in the same "likeable" category as Mitchell is Curry. But even then, he had to get Durant which hurts his popularity.

Mitchell's humble approach to the game, connection with his teammates and love for and from the fans is absolutely contagious. He plays the way you want your star to play while behaving the way you want your kids to behave.

HE IS PRICELESS.

Mitchell has completely changed the course of history for this franchise. He gives us national exposure, and a chance to be among the elite for years for come.

It doesnt hurt that is he is extremely likeable and easy to root for. We've never had a player like Donovan and maybe never again in our lifetime.
No wonder our GM made a threat to everyone in the room after Donovan's pre-draft private workout. He knew he was special.

Probably threatened to tell Quin they stole his 8 ball.

But we have two cornerstones. One that plays the best D in the league with good offense for this position. The other playing out of this world offense with some very good D for the position. Utah is ready to go. The more I see Mitchell, the more I'm convinced his cap is GOAT. Rookies don't do what he's doing.

One correction. Curry didn’t have to get Durant. Curry won a title pre Durant and I believe the warriors also set the single season record for wins before Durant. Curry had one of the best years in the history of the nba a few years back.

Curry is about the only player in the nba that would even make me think about trading Donovan for but in the end I still say no.

Was it Shaq last night who said superstar player's numbers go up in the playoffs?

It is balls that DM has been great but don’t put any stock into anything Shaq says... he is the Big Dummy

His participation in the Ingles interview was cringeworthy... fake accent saying all the cheesy things. Joe handled it well.
