Following Potential 2018 Draftees

I'd be pretty shocked if the Suns took him. They have a lot of wings who cant shoot already (Warren and Jackson). I bet they try to go for a more traditional PG at 16. Okobo, Brunson, Holiday (he's already had 2 workouts for Phoenix), Sexton, and Shai G-A. I bet it's one of those 5.

Bucks consistently draft on potential, so I could see them ignoring fit/needs and going for Brown.

apparently the Suns have told Ayton they are taking him and he is shutting down his workouts

I see Brown as a 1 to 3 with the potential to grow into a 4. He would be a better ball handler than Exum. His decision making is better, faster and he is not a straight line runner like Exum. There is some wiggle and deception. It is hard to say it, but the number 5 pick/Exum is just a role player.

Kevin Huerter
Maryland

Age: 19.7
SG

Height: 6-foot-7 | Weight: 182

Utah is reportedly in the market for more shooting prowess, and there is talk that the Jazz are very high on the 6-7 wing who has elevated his draft stock considerably with a strong showing at the combine.

Huerter's size, feel and upside could be intriguing at this stage of the draft. He's younger than some of the freshmen projected to be drafted, and fits the type of character the Jazz like to bring into their organization.

It's funny that Porter Jr is still so low on a lot of mocks. There is no way he's falling out of the top 5 if teams are satisfied with his medical report. He's holding a limited amount of workouts and he's going to give his medical report to every team in the top 10 picks. That tells me that his back is good and the information in the report is positive. Because if it was negative he wouldn't be so selective. He would want every team to see the report and he would want to do as many individual workouts as possible to prove the negative info wrong. He's going to go higher than most of these mocks think.

I wouldn't be surprised to see MPJ go #2 to Sac tbh. I still think Sac will take Doncic, but if they took MPJ it wouldn't surprise me.

The "totally Bucks-type of pick" to me would be Mitchell Robinson.

Not sure if anyone noted this before, but Okobo's dad played french league ball. I think that is a small plus to put on the resume.

Brown is a big wing who can create. His role would be like Hayward's or Lance Stephenson's. Basically canned soup.

If you could assure me that Simons will grow another 2-3 inches, he'd be a no-brainer pick ahead of Okobo, Heurter or KBD. You're talking about an elite scoring wing.
