Or we could create some propaganda videos, send them to teams with second round picks, and convince them that they should take our 52 and the rights to a guy who is "NBA ready" in exchange for their second rounder.

We could even advertise him as the poor man's Porzingis. Poorzingis!

Err, we still have the rights to Tomic?

Whoa, Robinson going 13. If Miles Bridges or Walker fall to the end of the lottery, I think we gotta get one of them, especially Miles.

One of the top 3 PGs is likely to drop to the end of the lottery, as certain teams really aren't looking for PGs. Likewise one of the wings -- Knox, Bridges, Bridges and Walker -- is likely to drop to 15.

Everyone thought Lyles had zero trade value and DL flipped him and 24 for 13. You never know how other teams feel about certain players.

I’m sure we could move up a couple spots using Bradley and 21.

I still don't completely understand the appeal of Troy Brown. He's not a good outside shooter. He's not efficient inside the arc either. He was an average defender in college. He's limited athletically. He has good playmaking skills but he's still raw and developing in that area. I don't think he's going to help the team that drafts him for 2, 3, maybe 4 years. He's a project. And IF he reaches his potential I think he's just a role player. If we want a guy who can be a good role player why not just take a guy like KBD? You basically know what you're going to get from him.

I really think that it's just people getting intrigued by an idea. They see an 18 year old with an NBA body and they imagine his future game being something completely different from what we've seen from him so far. If he was 20 the same interest wouldn't be there.

If the Jazz do take him and he proves me wrong I will happily eat crow though.

Teams like Denver, Washington and Milwaukee want (and need) cap relief more than young players, though certainly a young player would sweeten the deal for them. They have no cap room to maneuver in signings or trades. So the question is how much salary the Jazz are willing to take back.

Denver has been working out the same players as Indiana. It looks pretty obvious that they have a contingency to move back into the 20s. Chicago (picking at 22) is a team with some cap space still, so maybe that's the deal Denver has on the table.

The rumor about Washington being willing to trade down from 15 sounds pretty legit.

Milwaukee reportedly would like to move Bledsoe and might not retain Jabari.

Josh Okogie could very easily end up a better player than Lonnie Walker. He keeps growing on me.

If things go well for Lonnie Walker, he's Gary Harris or JR Smith.

If things go well for Okogie, he's a borderline All Star. His talent level is that of a smaller Shawn Marion.

Damn, JRob at #13? Wow.

Huerter also GONE.

I really hate this. Give me Okobo instead please.

Do you have the write up for the Jazz?

Troy Brown

Brown's size, multipositional defense and upside could be intriguing at this stage of the draft.

He's one of the youngest players in this class and consistently described as an outstanding teammate and worker. Helping him become a better shooter will be a major key for whichever team drafts him.

Another thing some people here are underestimating about Troy Brown...
J A Z Z D N A

Seems like every team he has worked out for has absolutely raved about his leadership (especially vocal leadership), interviews, and overall makeup. Very mature for a young guy and would instantly have the respect of vets in the locker room IMO.
