For a while my top 3 choices have been Huerter, Okobo and Troy Brown. The past few weeks I've been thinking Huerter was the most likely to fall to us at 21, but now I'm starting to think he's the least likely of the 3 to still be there when we pick.
Miles isn't that good and didn't get any better from frosh to soph season.
Went from 39% to 36% three point. 49% to 46% FGs.Hmm I disagree. He looked a lot more polished and improved his FT% from like 68% to 85%. I just think he'd be the perfect jack-of-all-trades guy. Great athlete, can shoot, versatile on defense, high bball IQ. I think Ingles is the perfect mentor for him too and I think he has a very high floor.
Just love Okogie. Perrin's comments on him were glowing. #fingerscrossedComparing Josh Okogie to Miles Bridges, Okogie had more blocks, more steals, more FT attempts, a better 3-pt %, and otherwise comparable shooting numbers playing as a guard on a much crappier team at Ga. Tech.
He gives up 2 inches and 10 lbs to Bridges, but has 3.5" more wingspan and he's a markedly quicker in the open floor. I think you can play Okogie at the 3 and do just as well. If instead of asking Okogie to carve up defenses with his dribble you let him slash from the wing, I think he'll be an effective player.

Very willing to admit i could be wrong on him. Just never liked what i saw of him at MSU. Don't see him being an efficient shooter or reliable defender. Ball stopper.

Lol I wonder if the Kings are smokescreening everyone or if they really hate Luka. The internet scouting amateurs think that it's a smokescreen because they generally don't like Bagley and because Vivek's son posted the pic of Luka at dinner with Vlade/Vivek.
“We certainly like the talent available where we are at,” Lindsey said. “But we will have conversations throughout the week, and those conversations, we anticipate will be more in-depth as the draft gets closer. We think where we’re at, there are gifted players. But, we are not aware of how high we can get on draft night.”
Perrin told The Tribune — without naming names — that there are players on the board who the Jazz would try to make a move for, if available.
Projected lottery picks that could fall include Miles Bridges, the athletic forward from Michigan State. The Jazz have worked out Boston College’s Jerome Robinson and Oregon’s Troy Brown, but both have seen their stock rise to where the Jazz may have to pull a trade in order to draft them. Alabama’s Collin Sexton would fit well with Mitchell in a future backcourt because of his athleticism, but Sexton is projected to be drafted in the top 10.
I feel like Izzo is taking most of the heat for them underperforming. I didn't watch enough of them to know if that's justified though. Seems to be the popular opinion anyway.
Lets all help keep Tony Jones employed by clicking on the link.
Obviously the Kings wanted to find the new 'DeMarcus' and start that whole process all over again. Bagley is another big who doesn't play defense right?
