Jazz Free Agency Summer of 2018

So... are all the big time stars angling for 2019 and 2020 dollars? Projections call for a huge jump in salary cap again.

KD might be shooting for his last long-term max taking him into his mid-30's. (Currently 29 years old)
LeBron could easily spend a year or two in LA while getting a long-term max into his late 30's. (Currently 33 years old)

And the Jazz will be an experienced, playoff talented, deep team with fantastic coaching that can offer such a star big money.

For KD and PG they can get megamax when they are at 10 year mark. So that is what their play is... kinda scary though ask Boogie about what can happen.

This is hilarious. Reminds me of when Chris Paul and Blake wouldn't let DeAndre leave the house and Mark Cuban was waiting outside in the car.

wonder what lebron will do. it will be weird wherever he goes

Still think he should pull a quick one and sign with a team no one expects. Like the Jazz or Bucks.

I guess what I meant to say was expensive for DEN. Not sure they can afford that.

They gonna offload some serious dough... that puts them in crazy amounts of tax... likely stretch arthur give up a first to dump faried... I could even see them dump hernangomez and Beasley... they don’t have a backup point guard yet either.

We talking like 60-70m in tax.

Oh they can't afford it at all. I'm sure it's a calculated risk to lock him into a decent long-term deal instead of him threatening to just take a one-year deal and hit the market next year with much more money.
