I think Udoh can now be declined... go out and use some MLE money on another 1+1 deal. Center should be covered between Rudy, Favs, and Bradley. Find a 10 day if we have injuries.
 
This is actually a good deal. The Jazz now get to choose if they want to keep Favors or not next season and they threw him a few extra million for this year that doesn't actually change anything because the Jazz are already over the salary cap.

Yup... run it back with no future risk. He has value in a trade as a rental for a team or an expiring. For Favs this is almost surely viewed as a 1 year deal... so if we trade him it ain't like we unloyal ya know.

If he develops the three like some thought (I think there is no chance) then we can keep him another year on a good deal. Domino 1 has fallen for us (I guess 2 because of Thabo).

For sure... I think on a 1+1 it's an easy yes for him. Maybe we waive both Thabo and Jonas... go cheap with the final roster spot on a Royce O Neale type.
 
Super happy for Favs and us. He deserves the pay day. Stayed humble and worked even when this wasn't ideal. Great dude.

Is it October yet... I'm ready.
