I don't remember **** about Republicans bringing up Hillary's defense of Bills sexual misconduct. I remember BNGHAZIIIIIIIIII and email servers and Vince Foster. Republicans were not focused on the sexual abuse angle, at all.
Those were all issues, but the Hillary/Bill thing was used a lot too, by Trump et al. Not sure why you don't remember, it was all over. Reported quire widely, especially close to the election. And largely attenuated/spun by much of the liberal media from the viewpoint that Trump abuses women). https://www.cnn.com/2016/04/06/opin...ion-campaign-scandals-bill-clinton/index.html
I appreciate CNN's comment about the 2016 election:
"In the 2016 election, we are seeing once again that the public is more interested in the need to fix the economy and Washington than they are with the personal lives of most of the candidates in this campaign, at least those who don't claim any kind of special personal virtue" I don't see CNN spinning sex scandals that way now. Wonder why? (I am sure Foxnews has done a 180 from 2016 as well).
I remember hearing about it a lot leading up to the election.
"Already this election season, Trump has called Bill Clinton the "greatest woman abuser of all time" and pointed the finger at Hillary Clinton for what he has described as enabling her husband's sexual misdeeds and attacking the women who came forward against him."
