It's true that "devil's triangle" can apparently refer to a menage a trois with two guys and a girl. It's also worth finding out what it means to be an alumnius. I'd agree with that.
There was a little poem written in the yearbook that went 'if it's getting late and you need a date, don't hesitate to call Renate.'

The implication is obvious.

When asked about what Renate Alumnus meant Kavanaugh got indignant and accused Blumenthal(?) of dragging her name through the mud by insuating things and that it was meant to make Renate feel included. A ludicrous idea which is made even more odd because Renate had never heard about this until last week, and was understandably upset by it.

Coincidence?

Of course it's not a coincidence you ****ing moron

it isn't worth the humiliation
the public shaming
the doubt etcetera etcetera etcetera

and then they say hey this ******* is going to be one of the most powerful people in the ****ing world and you think maybe they will pick somebody else and then they pick him

and you're like you know what maybe I can just tell somebody what happened and my family doesn't need to know I'll remain anonymous maybe that will be enough but it isn't enough of course it isn't

and as your fears become more and more real you come to understand it's now or never
am I brave enough
will I survive this
will they believe me

despite all your fears there's this growing feeling inside of you

that you have to
that you should
You just must

so you finally tell your story and all of your fears about how you will be treated are proven to be true and all the young women(and young men) watching learn the very important lesson

It's not worth it
if you tell your story not only will you have to relive the embarrassment
not only will you be treated like a villain but you won't change

A God damn thing

Are you speaking English?

If Trump withdraws this nomination (and I think he should, not because of the allegations but because I believe Kavenaugh's temperament has been exposed and it is not what it should be) then I am confident that the left is going to do this same thing to his next appointee. And they're not going to handle it privately like they ought to. They are going to orchestrate their attack for their maximum political advantage, regardless of the human damage that might cause. Just exactly like they have this time.

Why didn't they do that to Gorsuch?

Did they have accusations of sexual assault, and two very clear, very visible attempts at Perjury thing with Neil Gorsuch?

I re-read this and figured out what you are saying. I agree with you that it's too bad Feinstein choose to use this info for her maximum political advantage rather than handling it professionally as she should have.

I don't understand why anyone thinks this when they didn't do this with the Scalia vacancy which was stolen from them outright. Makes no sense.

I've yet to hear a good answer for this, tell me, what advantage did Feinstein gain by NOT bringing this allegation to light during the initial confirmation hearings? Kavanagh would have been caught unawares and the Democrats would have had more time to question him. The FBI investigation is going to be wrapped up with plenty of time before the midterms anyway so what gives?

Srsly this story line is insane

Diane Feinstein forced a soft spoken and respected middle aged professional woman to accuse Bart O of attempted rape? She must have forced the other women too? She didn't to Gorsuch because she didn't have her psychic hypnotic powers a year ago?

Why didn't they do that to Gorsuch?
The Republicans were in control and pulled a dirty trick, though not one designed to destroy people's lives like what we have just seen. They had no need to blindside anyone at the eleventh hour because they were in a position to make sure that no eleventh hour ever came. I would like to think they wouldn't have handled it in the way the Dems just did had they been forced to move forward, but politicians never cease to disappoint, so they probably would.

If the Dems get control of the Senate in the mid-terms will you be surprised if they employ the same strategy that the Republicans pulled on Gorsuch?

The only reason this story line even exists is so Republicans can feel better about their party nominating such a terrible candidate because, look the other side is bad too!

That didn't answer his question.

You clearly didn't figure it out

This ain't about Feinstein

Maximum chaos and delay is the only explanation I can come up with because I agree with you that it could of and should have been dealt with when it was initially presented to Feinstein. I doubt that many Republicans would have objected to an FBI investigation had it been handled that way. The reason they objected the way it was handled is that they perceived it as a last minute dirty trick (which is exactly what it was).

I know that you believe that the terrible way this has played out is entirely due to Republicans. I was pointing out that Feinstein is the one who turned it into a last minute, high-pressure, politicized, blown-anonymity situation.

It's not insane if you believe that there's a Deep State directed by the all knowing Clinton Crime Cartel that's funded by George Soros and hates blue collar worker Donald Trump.

The poor Kochs, Mercers, Adelsons, Murdocks, and Don Sixpack Plumber just can't compete with the Deep State. Pretty sure Feinstein, Ford, and the Clintons have been planning this since 2012. All to ruin poor Don and Brett K. They hate Christians and want to abort all babies (except for the muslim and gay ones).

"You only disagree because I'm a different political party"

vs

"Clearly the Dem's are the devil, and are going to cry about everything"

Where's my popcorn emote...
