Gorsuch is on the Supreme Court. He was a Trump nominee.

So now that we are clear I will ask again

Why didn't Feinstein do this to Gorsuch?

So how does that advantage Feinstein at all? As for the delay part, it didn't cause enough delay to push the nomination past the midterms so whats the point? Hell the Democrats were calling for an FBI investigation almost two weeks ago, that the Republicans waited until now to do one is no ones fault but their own. The facts don't line up with your narrative. As for when Fords allegations were made public that ought to have been left up to her, and by all accounts was until her story got leaked and reporters started sniffing around. She says she approves of how Feinstein’s office handled her story, and given she's the victim that should be all that matters here.

Ya'll realize this country worked just fine for 200+ years with each party taking turns in power, right? Why must everything be so cynical these days? Is it because of the media they're consuming?

I think I can answer this

If the Republicans lose it is because they are losers not like the winners the moderate democrats. Trump has always been a moderate not like the extremist loser Republicans. In many ways this was a win for Trump. He called for more moderates and that is who won. The party label doesn't matter.

The first Democrat to tweet that Trump is a super duper smart guy gets his pick for the Supreme Court.

It's so ludicrous. Not only did the Democrats not pull any dirty tricks with Gorsuch, a few of them even voted for him. People who fear the Democrats holding this seat open for years are revealing their political ignorance of people like Joe Manchin and Heidi Haitcamp. There's no universe in which red state Democrats would be on board with that. It's a fantastical scenario.

Feinstein didn't drag Gorsuch through the mud with allegations of attempting to rape somebody because she wouldn't just make **** up

Ford alledged that Kavanaugh attempted to rape her

Why didn't some crazy liberal who used to hang out with Gorsuch accuse him of attempted rape her?

Why didn't Feinstein bring the attempted rape accusation up until the eleventh hour? Do you honestly believe that was the correct way to handle it? It certainly looks like she was trying to drag things out with no regard for Kavanaugh or Ford.

What you mean is why didn't Ford(the person who made the allegation ) publicly come forward earlier.
