4 Games In - Ingles and you know who compared...

So our GM is not so good, he had offered 88 million to Hill and 160 to Hayward ... in these 2 cases he was lucky, right?

Not sure lucky is the right word. I have little doubt that if they had re-signed with us that Snyder would have had the producing for us.

There is a growing trend of players coming to Utah and improving and excelling and players leaving Utah and struggling and declining. It’s still a young trend that may not last but it is there.

Hood, Hill, Hayward, Ingles, Gobert, Crowder, Rubio...

I’m actually starting to get more interested in the boxscore of Hayward vs. Marcus Morris. Hayward with a stellar 6 points tonight in 26 minutes, bringing his average to 10.2 PPG. Meanwhile, Morris is tearing it up in only 25.4 MPG with 14.5 PPG and 7.4 RPG, shooting 48.4% from deep.

Morris is the kind of guy that I could see Hayward being intimidated by... not just his play, but physically and emotionally. The resentment may build and he’ll have to go to Brad. Grab some popcorn.

Seriously. Morris did have a decent year last year, but this year he has the chance to be a key cog on a contending team and really solidify himself. This is the kind of backstory you’d see on some ABC murder mystery. In another thread someone had mentioned Tonya Harding. I could totally see Morris taking that approach. Gordo may wanna watch out the next time they play Washington because I think Markieff may aim to sweep the leg.

Many people called hayward a narcissist here, then berate him wishing him broken family, ankles, mental emotional breakdown for leaving their team

ironic is it not

I see no irony at all. Do you know what irony is? Hint: rain on your wedding day is just unfortunate, not ironic.

I was on this from the start of the season. Him and Brown are playing for money too... can’t wait for the minutes restriction to be done and see if brad plays his HS sweetheart or the guys producing. I’ve seen more frustration this season from Stevens... I wonder what the locker room is really like.

hayward quick to the locker room after then celtics game today lol.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong... he was not at the games last year... including playoffs. I kept looking for him.

I think he is low key a bad teammate... his comments about hoping they would lose games without him last year really solidified it for me. I would not be on board with that **** if I was his team.

I don’t think daddy is happy.

I've always wondered if the song is named "Ironic" because none of the things she list in the song are ironic, and that's the irony, or if Alanis and her song writers don't know what irony is?

I'm not sure what this irony thing is but I find it hilarious that Gordon went to play for super basketball genius Brad Stevens because " he knows how to put guys in a position to succeed". And now the smartest nba coach ever, who is basically an AI robot that can do no wrong, is using him as an inefficient role player.

Call it whatever you would like.

Hayward 26 minutes tonight. 4 points, 7 boards, 0/5 three.

Morris 32 minutes. 23 points, 6 boards, 4/6 threes.

Final possession with Boston down 1 and Hayward turns the ball over. Morris and Brown on the bench.

Maybe Brad should lobby to trade Morris to us to avoid Hayward getting Kerrigan’ed.
