We know what Ricky is now. I’d like them to throw Exum in the deep end and start him for 20 games and see what he has. Can’t be any worse. If he shows something great if not move on. I don’t think he’s gonna work out in this system that requires decision making, he needs to go play for a crap team that runs simple stuff
 
we are only 4.5 games behind first place in the west. Relax, guys it is long season. Of course losing to garbage teams sucks but we should be ok eventually. The only way from the bottom is to the top.

Yeah, we know Ricky is capable of playing really well. It's not likely, but it happens.

We know Exum is a walking trash can on offense and he has no offensive upside.
 
We aren't a playoff team right now.

8-11 (almost one quarter of season done)
24th in PPG
11th in Opp PPG
24th in Off Rtg
18th in Def Rtg

That's just not going to get it done. And I don't see how we fix it with this roster. We need to make a move fast or this season is lost. The rule changes ****** this rosters strengths.
 
Exum was *** tonight. Seems like he’s getting worse as the season progresses. His inability to finish at the rim bugs me. Just really disappointed that he hasn’t shown more improvement this season.

I’m starting to question whether Quin’s offense suits the players we have. Very much a lack of identity.

You can't blame it on the rule changes.

Watch Memphis play. They are a big slow team like the Jazz and they play great defense. They start freaking Kyle Anderson at SF, a guy slower than Ingles, and they do great.

I mean, I'm sure the rule changes play a part, but there are a lot of things wrong with the Jazz. I can't say with certainty what's the order of magnitude for every item.

I thought tonight they played really well for the most part on D. Mitchell was awful early on D and Gobert is still playing at like 75% effectiveness (but that's still pretty good), but the overall defensive effort and focus seemed up tonight.
