Anyone done this? About a week ago Facebook had an ad for goldbelly.com where you can order food from a lot of famous places like Carnegie Deli and Pat’s Cheesesteaks in Philly. Website got me really hungry. A number of places I wish were on there (Shipley’s Donuts, Raising Cane’s, some local places we used to eat in Texas, this lobster place in Maine). I’m thinking of placing an order soon but thisnstyff is pricey, but probably worth it. Anyone know of any similar sites?

Went to Boston a couple months back and drove in to Portland, Maine. Ate lobster stew at Gilbert’s Chowder House, which is really more of a bisque. So damn good. Ate a couple lobster rolls out there, too, which were good, and wish I had more. Badass Italian place in Boston called Maggiano’s. Had the best baked mushrooms.

Who the **** would ever order Raising Canes online?
Ok, so you got me on that. I wouldn’t pay the prices for that, plus fried chicken ain’t the same reheated. I had never eaten there before until we got one like 9 months before we left Texas. Ate there a lot when they opened, then petered out, but now wanting it again. It’s the only place that I could say “yeah, I’d like to get some chicken strips.”

I mean, I'm not saying it's bad, but there are RC's everywhere or something just like it.

I just don't see how this sounds like a good idea for any kind of hot prepared food.

Never found anywhere that has chicken strips where I’d order them for anyone besides my kids.

Zaxbys
Bojanles
Literally any place that sells chicken
We had a Zaxby’s here but then it closed. Never went, though. Never heard of Bojangles. Gotta remember, this is Utah and not the south.

Yall dont have Popeyes, Churchs, or KFC?
Have all (well, not sure if we still have Church’s), but chicken tenders in general are total trash. That’s why I said Cane’s were actually good.

Indeed. Haven’t pulled the trigger on anything, but it’s a lot cheaper than flying my *** to these places.

I’d be willing to pay the price if there was a bit more but it was like $150 for four lobster tails and one lobster roll iirc. Who the **** wants to pay $150 for frozen lobster? Just dumb.

Yeah, lobster is expensive, but things like two pizzas for $29 is more reasonable.
