Full time? Summer. We tell Rubio that we will bring him back as the backup. If he says yes to that role in a deal we want to pay, we thank Neto for his service and let him go.How long before Exum replaces Rubio in the starting line up?

Maybe, but I wouldn't worry about labels until we really have to.I dunno if Ricky stays out and Dante continues to play well it could be sooner.
Who didn't see Gobert feasting up and over the rim as Exum and Gobert made it look easy in 2 man basketball .Then the same happened with Favors .Exum is making these guys badass on offense. Who missed Crowder tonight ?
Remember when you cried when I didn't answer your question? WTF would happen if I totally stopped responding to your posts???And yet you keep responding.
xoxoxo
Sure, I think anyone would have played well in Dante's spot, but I don't think they would have done as well. Dante uniquely dismantled them.People are really overreacting to the Knicks game. The Knicks are one of the worst teams in the league and their defense was non existent. If Neto would have started he probably would have had just as big of a game as Exum did. Dante has definitely been playing better lately but I'm far more encouraged by what I've seen from him the last few games against good opponents that were actually trying on defense than what I saw last night. I'm happy he's improving and hope he can continue to do so but we have to remember just a few short weeks ago he lost his spot in the rotation to Neto because he was playing soo poorly, now he has 5 or 6 good games and people are ready to kick Rubio to the curb and make Exum the starter.
Watching the Knicks play, Mitchell and Ingles could have rested and it wouldn't have made a difference. O'Neale was killing them. Neto was killing them. What a game to base decisions on who is needed and who is not.
uhm.. never as long as Ricky is healthy and he re-signs with us.How long before Exum replaces Rubio in the starting line up?
But what if Dante continues to improve? I could live with that, and I think Ricky actually would be better off the bench because he would be a reliable vet who could come in when things aren't going well and take control. The minutes could be split between them, with Neto only there in case of injury or foul trouble. And Quin could play whoever is going well that night during 4th quarter crunch time.uhm.. never as long as Ricky is healthy and he re-signs with us.
Exum will challenge him - nice incentive for both to play their best; kudos to Quin - COY materialuhm.. never as long as Ricky is healthy and he re-signs with us.
