The Jazz played like garbage. It should have been an easy out if they didnt blow multiple 10+ point leads.Feel free to delete this post. I don't think anyone read it.
why was gobert in so long over favors and why was he in on the last play? should've had four 3 pt shooters in on the last play.
You know what screens are and who one of the best screeners is?why was gobert in so long over favors and why was he in on the last play? should've had four 3 pt shooters in on the last play.
Scored great seats. Rudy was getting repeatedly fed when he wasn't expecting it. At least 3 times. Also DM threw him a bounce pass. It should be a rule to never do that to him.Yeah Rudy still has a ways to go with his hands. He still looks kind of surprised when a pass comes his way. Also thought Ingles passed up a couple layups late in the game and put Rudy in some tough situations.

I think they were trying to keep him as a screener and hopefully get a switch but yeah that was kinda dumb... they won’t keep a slow big in at that point. Should have had Jae out there.
a designated screener sounds good in theory, but everyone has to be a 3 pt threat IMO in that situation. you put don, kyle, joe, and jae or grayson out there in that situation and allow them to screen for each other which confuses the defense on switches. you have rudy or favs out there and they can be doubled off of regardless of how great a screen they set.

Screens are fantastic when there is some time to create something or when you aren't pigeon holed into shooting a three with no dribble. Rudy setting screens in this scenario just brings an extra defender to the area he is screening. They have no reason to pay attention to him. Even a ****** screener who can shoot is preferable because the defense can't just both go to the actual threat.
Snyder must have the courage to put Rubio on the bench, if he continues with this in / out, neither will he benefit.
The Jazz are a lesser team this year because of Ricky Rubio. This particular loss has plenty of blame to go around, but I just can't stomach watching Rubio get torched by the opposing PG while going 1-8 on his side. And performances like these are commonplace for him, to the point where people just expect it and it's normal. He really should have been traded at the deadline. The Jazz have great chemistry with him OFF the court.
