I was sold on her being Brandon at the end, but she comes flying out of no where like the 3 Ninjas for the win. Where was she? How did she hide from the army of the dead? How did she get past them?

No one died. That's my complaint. They aren't going to have main plot characters die off screen. Sam isn't going to live being a fat **** on the bottom of an undead dogpile, but somehow he did.
The point of the Dothraki not being shown was to build tension for the rest of the characters because they are useless fodder.
I mean, that's her thing, being sneaky.
She just has no connection to the NK. No one really does besides Snow, so it makes the most emotional sense for him to end it. It would be like if JS killed the people on Arya's list instead of Arya

I get why they did it that way but I’d have liked to see that fight. That being my only complaint is pretty mild one

I was happy when Theon died, but for a sec was thinking he was going to be the hero and that would have pissed me off.
Ghost died.
The Castle Black guy died.
The fire sword, religious guy died (for real this time.)
Mormont died.
A dragon died (I think.)
The Bear Island girl died while killing a dead giant. My favorite part probably.

Those aren't main characters. No one is saying the leads should have died, but they put important characters in impossible situations to only live for no actual reasons. Beric and Edd do not count.
We are talking a Sam, a Brienne, or at the very least a Tormund

Personally I expected Podric, Tormund and Vyras to die as well.
