So does Exum give up #11 to Conley? This is what inquiring minds want to know.

We're over-valuing our guys. Our future books will be extremely clean and two years from now, we'll basically be in a prime position to re-up DM and Rudy should we choose to do so.

How we fill the back of the roster will be interesting.
 
I am not great with the cap, but it looks to me that if we waive all bird rights, don't pick up Favors, Neto and Niang we will have 19,120,132 to a single FA or 20,017,290 to split across two FA. Can anyone confirm this number?

They didn't avoid including Favors like the plague to release him. Favors is here to stay. Locke has been celebrating Favors not being included in the deal almost as much as he's celebrating acquiring Conley. We didn't keep Favors to let him go.

I'm in no way adverse to keeping Favors. But Jazz shouldn't be done dealing at this point. We'll see.
 
So essentially the Jazz gave up 3 picks if you count Allen as a pick. I really liked how he improved at the end of the year. I am seriously going to scream if Conley walks after a year. It would have been nice to get a 2nd back in the deal. Welcome to Conley. Why do the Jazz always have to include picks when they trade? I don't see other teams giving away first round picks.
