I remember a few years ago Boston had all teh best picks and good young players on cheap deals.
I posted that there was literally no way they could **** things up.
I was wrong. There is nothing that Gordon Hayward can't **** up.

Minny and NO you mean... that'd be a good deal for them

Jrue, Covington, Zion, Ingram, Hart and Ball I guess... not a fan, plus #11... that's a good start to something for sure.

I don’t feel bad for him. I do feel a little bad thinking about what this Jazz team could do with a healthy Hayward on board.

Whoops, yeah meant NOP. They want a first rounder and a player on a good contract for #4.

I thought it might cause some issues... I could never have pictured it going this bad... those bastards might miss the playoffs this year.
 
Vecenie has Romeo Langford falling to 23 in his latest mock. Said Bazley has momentum and could end up going late teens. Moved Paschall up to 30 because Detroit needs wings. Moved Cameron Johnson from 23 to 33...apparently he's going to have a big fall tonight because of bad medicals.

I mean say the Celtics came and said we will take Exum into our space... we want young guys with potential... would we do it? I know I would, but would the front office do it?
 


How can they trade up for Garland and get a vet? Feel like the only way is if they trade Jaylen Brown. Apparently targeting Bradley Beal.

Bazley is being considered by Orlando at 16, not their first choice though. The Jazz didn't even bring him in. I guess he's too young for our timeline ??

Could be. Or maybe he just didn't want to work out. Is his name pronounced Bazz-lee or Baze-lee? I've heard it both ways. Mike Schmitz says Baze-lee so that's what I'm assuming it is.

Getting to #4 could happen if they put in like the 14/22 and the Memphis pick next year.

Bradley Beal requires Brown or Tatum and more imo… the best part... Hayward would be in the deal for sure... Gordon meet John Wall you guys gonna be friends fo sho.

The latter, Baze-lee. He worked out for Atlanta, Brooklyn, Detroit, Orlando, Philadelphia, San Antonio and did a last-minute workout with Jalen Leque in Boston. Those aren't all glamor markets. He'd normally be expected to go in the 27 -35 range, but could sneak up tonight.
 
So TJ Warren is apparently available and I wonder what the price is there. I would think it'd be space and a first, but maybe less... I'd be in on that convo if I was the Jazz. Straight salary dump with a couple seconds and I'd be all over that.

I think Boston might could get Beal for draft picks. They have 3 this year, Memphis' top 10 next year or 2021, and their own.

Beal has to be their target.

Few things make me happier than the schadenfreude of Boston:

1. Team has fully collapsed after being in the most enviable position during asset-accumulation.
2. Both Ainge and Stevens don't look like the geniuses they were portrayed as.
3. Hayward thought he was going to a perennial finals contender, will now likely never make it past the second round.
4. Other Boston players pointing to Hayward (and Stevens' preferential treatment) as the inciting incident of the locker room drama.
5. National media calling Jazz a contender, two years after Hayward bounced.
6. Punk Boston fans who gloated constantly after the Hayward acquisition are now dreaming up trade scenarios to get rid of his contract.

This is more delightful than D-Will never being the same after leaving the Jazz.
