My vote has no impact on thousands of others, so it's a nonsensical question.
The best way to guarantee Donald 4 more years? Vote third party.
And let me say this, as someone who’s done work for the DNC, I’m a little perturbed that we’re still not good enough for some people. I mean, for decades now we’ve moved to the right. As we have done this the right has moved further off the cliff to the right.
Where were the calls from republicans that their party was becoming too radical? Where were the calls for moderation? Where were republicans asking their leaders/candidates begging them to stop putting off voters?
It’s always a one way road for us. We can never move towards our progressive roots or else we’re criticized. Yet, republicans can go off into Fascism Land without any concern of putting off voters.
Look at Obama. He was the most “conservative republican” we’ve seen in decades. Yet the right made it sound like he was Karl Marx’s twin.
Look at Ben McAdams, who’s attacked by the right as if he were married to AOC.
Now, that democrats in their primary are endorsing positions held by even CONSERVATIVE in the rest of the industrialized world, we’re being labeled “socialists?”
With the choice being trump and any of the democratic nominees, people are actually considering third parties?
SMH. What does the DNC have to do? We’ve already compromised on most issues already. We’re already the party of the GOP. Positions we’re taking today are pretty darn mainstream/conservative. We can’t help that the GOP is endorsing Fascism. Yet we’re never good enough. Is abortion really the only issue that matters? Roe v Wade WAS the compromise. It’s republcians who are trying to rewrite that and eliminate all choice.
I guess that’s the advantage of having Fox News and constantly using the victim card. Republicans are always the victims of a “liberal media, college, anti-religion, and minority” bias.
Which, btw, the wash post has an excellent article about Liberty University and it’s squashing of free speech.
