Well if you will be there and we get a time and date figured out and i can make then count me in.
 
Depending on the time and date I might be able to show up to paddle your asses. If my ping pong elbow isn't acting up. Those 80 mph serves don't come cheap.
 
This is a Colton sting. I might be interested, but don't worry, I haven't played in 50 years, so I will probably lose in the first round. Just don't set me up with Colton in my first match because he might shut me out.

My current plan is to set it up so that we all play a few games against random people, then based on how we do there we get seeded into a single elimination tournament. So you should be able to play several matches regardless of how good you are.

OK, if you think you can make that time then that makes this the clear favorite among those who have responded to the whenisgood survey. Everyone can make it except Heathme. (Sorry, Heathme.)

Therefore the official time is Sat Aug 31, 7-9 pm. Hopefully the finals will be over by 9 pm but there's a chance it might go slightly longer than that (can't always predict how long the matches will take).

I will message you with details on the location. As previously mentioned, it's in Orem, close to the mouth of Provo canyon.

There are a few people who have expressed some interest but didn't do the whenisgood survey, saying "I'll come if I can". I'm looking at you, @fishonjazz, @str8line, and @Eenie-Meenie. Plus @Safetydan previously said he was interested but never did the whenisgood survey. If you four want in, or anyone else for that matter--please direct message me and I'll send you the location details as well.

Runner up gets some sort of prize from @Jason. :-)

Damn. When I found out log was going I really wanted to go but my wife will be in lava hot springs that weekend with her girlfriends which means I'm taking care of the little one all weekend.
Maybe I could bring her if just to meet everyone and hang out for a minute. I wouldn't be able to play (she is a handful) or stay long but I would like to come by at least.
That's labor day weekend too, right?

By the way there is room for spectators, so if anyone else wants to come and say Hi let me know and I'll send you location info as well.
