The official "let's impeach Trump" thread

The Constitution is the very fabric of our nation and your candidates are openly against it. Why do you want my guns? I haven't broken a single law yet you want my constitutional rights away. Can't fight tyranny with bare fist.
And you can’t fight it with handguns and rifles either. But you should try.

I've read a few books...

You seem to think that all the Dems want to turn the U.S. into a socialist dictatorship. I think you need to read a book, and not Horton Hears a Who again, something without pictures.
I would love to know what a freedom loving person like @JazzyFresh thinks about voting rights.

Shokin's affidavit flatly denies that there were any complaints about his job performance before Biden's visit. That is obviously wrong. I posted articles and photos from the six months prior showing Ukrainians demanding his resignation in the streets earlier in this thread.

Solomon is taking Shokin's statement (in an effort to avoid prosecution for a corrupt Yanukovich official, because he's a warrior against corruption obviously) at face value.

Solomon does not have his facts straight.

Regardless, Shokin's statement justifies Trump raising the topic Biden in his phone call with Zellenskyy.

Biden will be made to fight this or deny it, and it will likely hurt his 2020 campaign.

Impeachment of anybody would be terrible for this country. Glad one side is bigger than that. Sadly the socialists main goal is to undermine and destroy this country.
Remember how you were watching jazz games for free on Reddit? For shame!

Biden isn't going to be the nominee. He was pushed out in front by the DNC and polled well because he was well known and seemed like a safe bet. He's fading fast.

This is the definition of a pretextual retroactive justification. Do you really believe that Donald Trump was personally aware of Shokin's statements regarding Firtash's expedition at the time of the call? Do you think he could tell you, today, who Firtash or Yanukovych are?

REALLY?

Any legal citizen can vote. I'm torn on felons voting.

Beat the Brits then the Democrats in the civil war didn't we? it's happened throughout history. You slso fail to realize that the military would not be just on one side. I don't want war btw but it's pretty scary when you have the tyrannical Democrats fighting tooth and nail with lies to unseat an elected President. You don't get more tyrannical than that.

The names and events are still somewhat confusing to me, but it appears that Lutsenko has recently made statements in favor of your interpretation of these events, not those of John Solomon. Yesterday Lutsenko said that his investigations have cleared (and never even suspected) Hunter Biden of any wrongdoing. So you are taking Solomon with a grain of salt because he's sharing the stories of an actor whose interpretation differs from his?

Bizarre.

Lutsenko was the original source for John Solomon's allegations on this issue in March - right before Zelensky came into power.

If he's since recanted then there's truly no story. Solomon certainly isn't putting in his own articles that his own sources have disclaimed Solomon's story.

If you don't think anything has changed in 240 years, I'm not sure that...

You know what, I give up. May slavery forever reign.

What "slavery" are you talking about?

Your first statement and 2nd statement dont jive. Your first statement sounds like something a right winger would say. Your 2nd sounds like something a lefty would say.

The last sentiment was sarcasm. Try to keep up.

Ukraine is inviting the U.S. to investigate corruption involving U.S. interests in Ukraine. Several people outside the Ukraine government have reportedly made themselves available to John Durham. Shokin isn't likely raising his contentions for the first time with this week's affidavit. The bottom line is that the administration has ample reason to discuss corruption with Ukraine, and discuss Biden specifically, beyond just a personal vendetta against Biden.

Hi, I’m what you would probably call a socialist (but I’m not, really).

I want to dismantle certain things, sure. Bad things, like insane military spending and the apparatus of greenhouse gas emissions that will kill us all. I also don’t like economic imperialism that has a history of using veritable slave labor and that gets foreign leaders deposed, and whose replacements murder dissidents. I also know nationalism is silly at best.

I want people in this country to have resources that residents of every other country with money (but all of them with less than us) has, such as healthcare for people. Those people like their healthcare by the way, and most of those countries rank above the US in health and general well-being.

I don’t think that constitutes wanting to destroy the US unless you think the US is bad.
This is me to a tee. I think I'm starting to lean back to Sanders. His outlook on foreign policy and military spending is more in line with my views than Warren, I'm surprised he hasn't really attacked her on that yet tbh.

The law of the land hasn't. That's one constant. Well, untill the party of slavery wants to ban guns.

The party that more recently passed the civil rights act, voting rights, and provided us with the first and only African American president, that party? Cmon D’Ninesh D’Souza, try to keep up.
