should they do it? Absolutely. The remaining teams on their schedule are dumpster fires.

Will they do it? The Utes are notorious for laying eggs at the end of the season. Utah @ Arizona is the trap game in 2 weeks that I’m afraid of. It seemed like every damn year for years we’d roll into Tempe only to drop a stupid one against Rich Rod. I know he’s no longer there but the PTSD of dropping one there remains.
 
I honestly dont know what to expect from UCLA. They have some terrible losses. But they'll enter the game on a 3 game win streak. Including a win over ASU. They will look to play spoiler.

Their game against Washington State this year was one of the wildest games I've ever seen. Their offense, in the second half, looked like it was a national championship level. I know that seems like an exaggeration, but if you didn't see the game then look it up.

Crazy.
 
Lmfao. They looked great against a ****** Washington State defense. Just liked Maryland looked like world beaters after scoring 70+ each of the first two weeks.

Maryland sucks.
 
So apparently the Utes basketball team just broke a school record for points in a game 143, points in a half 73, and an NCAA record for biggest margin of victory 143-49.

Also both their PG's one being a Sophomore Booth Gach and the other being a Freshman Rylan Jones (local kid out of Olympus) had triple doubles. I'll need to check but I do not know if a Utes team has had 2 triple doubles in the same game.

I had heard that 3 players for the Utes had triple doubles in that game

But if you break it down what are their odds that they win the South? High end 50% chance or so?

Then what would be the odds that they beat Clemson in the playoffs? Probably 25% or so?


It's pretty unlikely. Possible sure, but very very unlikely. (You could say the same about every team except for maybe 4 or 5 though so it's not really a knock on Utah)

This is almost certainly utahs best team they have had since being in the pac12 and maybe their best team ever (the alex smith team with urban meyer kicked everyones *** that they played though and went undefeated so that team might be better). I know i have said it a few times already but 15 starting seniors on offense and defense is a ton of experience. They are pretty loaded.

The true test will be if and when they have a game where they get behind and have to abandon the run game and moss only gets like 10 carries while huntley has to throw 35-40 times. If they can win games like that then they might be playoff bound.
