What's new

The official "let's impeach Trump" thread

Guilt has already happened. There were indictments for the Russia stuff.

As for ukraine funds were withheld in exchange for investigating the bidens. This is already known to be true.
What isn't known is Trump's involvement

Indictments = Guilt!!!! Is precisely why people don't want to put you and yours into power.

Remind me who are me and mine again?
You don't even have to worry about me and mine getting into power. I'm not running for any office and I'm not into politics. My wife doesn't work and I certainly hope you are aren't afraid that my 3 year old is going to have power over anyone but me (I'm wrapped around her finger)

Maybe, can you document the legislation you passed that is affecting me? Because you guys not having more power of my life is pretty much a win in my book.

So 2 things

First, your statement that people don’t want Democrats in power is false. Republicans have lost governorships, state legislatures, and congressional seats since 2016. Please recognize that. You either lied or were poorly informed. Can we expect an apology for that? Or at least recognize that you were wrong? Or are you just going to carry on like nothing happened?

Secondly, you’re deflecting by asking for legislation passed that’s affecting you. Are you talking about recently? Because you and I both know nothing significant has been passed recently. Trump has no agenda and Mitch kills everything that is passed by the House, even bills that are popular among republican voters. If you’re referring to passed legislation passed by Democrats that are affecting you, regardless on if it was passed under another president, then there’s no shortage of posts with you bitching about obamacare. :) It seemed to affect you enough back then for you to whine about it. :)

Any more lame posts for me to shred?

Whose alt do we think @porcupinetree is? I think it's funny how he said he doesn't know how the board works, and then brags about having been here since the Al Jefferson days.

Anyway, he adds nothing to the conversation.

and that's why you keep bringing me up, eh?

I've been lurking on this board pretty much since it started.
I posted a lot during the AlJeffy days. Anyone around back then should remember. Craig2112, was my account name.
I was about the only fan on here that actually liked Jeffy. I took a lot of heat for that. And the fact that I didn't think the "Core4" should be playing all the minutes.
But what really got people mad was when I spoke out against LBGT.
Since then, I have only lurked, usually just to read the opposing fans comments threads. Not much else. So no, I didn't know what alt was.
Now I get it. I'm nobody's alt. Go ahead and try, but I think I had my former account taken off the board back in about 2013 or around then, by my request. Since then, I didn't post at all, until I created this account, but I don't really remember why I created this account. I forgot about it. Today, I just put in my email and found it.

Funny how you guys think everything I say is bragging. I sure do get under your skins. I've never really understood why people on jazz boards get so pissed off at me. I guess I have strong opinions and express them. It's pretty interesting.

The meeting at Trump Tower between Don Jr., other members of the campaign, and Russian operatives that was held for the specific purpose of gaining intelligence on the Clinton campaign.

But democrats getting the Steele dosier was a-ok

I just laugh at all the double standards. Sometimes they really do get funny,

And that's a big part of what the testimony was yesterday. Un-elected bearuocrats trying to say that THEY get to set foreign policy, not the president.

former US Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch testifies tomorrow. I'm sure that will be a hoot.
She's so mad that she got fired by Trump.
Well, ambassadors serve at the pleasure of the president and he gets to fire whoever he wants.
If an ambassador is actively and publicly working against the President's policies, then DUH, they get fired.

I have a transgender child.

How should I have dealt with that?

They also know that this whole thing is completely made up, just like Russian Collusion.

It would help if we could retire, once and for all, this bs opinion that Mueller found no evidence of collusion...

Mueller found, and detailed, evidence of collusion. He did not find evidence of a conspiracy, but evidence of collusion was included in his report:

https://www.justsecurity.org/63838/guide-to-the-mueller-reports-findings-on-collusion/

Examples:

1. Trump was receptive to a Campaign national security adviser’s (George Papadopoulos) pursuit of a back channel to Putin.

2. Kremlin operatives provided the Campaign a preview of the Russian plan to distribute stolen emails.

3. The Trump Campaign chairman and deputy chairman (Paul Manafort and Rick Gates) knowingly shared internal polling data and information on battleground states with a Russian spy; and the Campaign chairman worked with the Russian spy on a pro-Russia “peace” plan for Ukraine.

4. The Trump Campaign chairman periodically shared internal polling data with the Russian spy with the expectation it would be shared with Putin-linked oligarch, Oleg Deripaska.

5. Trump Campaign chairman Manafort expected Trump’s winning the presidency would mean Deripaska would want to use Manafort to advanceDeripaska’s interests in the United States and elsewhere.

6. Trump Tower meeting: (1) On receiving an email offering derogatory information on Clinton coming from a Russian government official, Donald Trump Jr. “appears to have accepted that offer;” (2) members of the Campaign discussed the Trump Tower meeting beforehand; (3) Donald Trump Jr. told the Russians during the meeting that Trump could revisit the issue of the Magnitsky Act if elected.

7. A Trump Campaign official told the Special Counsel he “felt obliged to object” to a GOP Platform change on Ukraine because it contradicted Trump’s wishes; however, the investigation did not establish that Gordon was directed by Trump.

8. Russian military hackers may have followed Trump’s July 27, 2016 public statement “Russia if you’re listening …” within hours by targeting Clinton’s personal office for the first time.

9. Trump requested campaign affiliates to get Clinton’s emails, which resulted in an individual apparently acting in coordination with the Campaign claiming to have successfully contacted Russian hackers.

10. The Trump Campaign—and Trump personally—appeared to have advanced knowledge of future WikiLeaks releases.

11. The Trump Campaign coordinated campaign-related public communications based on future WikiLeaks releases.

12. Michael Cohen, on behalf of the Trump Organization, brokered a secret deal for a Trump Tower Moscow project directly involving Putin’s inner circle, at least until June 2016.

13. During the presidential transition, Jared Kushner and Eric Prince engaged in secret back channel communications with Russian agents. (1) Kushner suggested to the Russian Ambassador that they use a secure communication line from within the Russian Embassy to speak with Russian Generals; and (2) Prince and Kushner’s friend Rick Gerson conducted secret back channel meetings with a Putin agent to develop a plan for U.S.-Russian relations.

14. During the presidential transition, in coordination with other members of the Transition Team, Michael Flynn spoke with the Russian Ambassador to prevent a *** for tat Russian response to the Obama administration’s imposition of sanctions for election interference; the Russians agreed not to retaliate saying they wanted a good relationship with the incoming administration.

I wonder what Mueller's report might have concluded had he bothered to interview Trump in person? Trump answered Mueller's questions in writing. Below are the number of times the following replies appeared in Trump's written replies:

You've never believed someone to be guilty until they are convicted of a crime? I think you are in the minority there, bud.

There is a difference between believing someone is guilty and finding someone guilty in a court of law.

I believe OJ was guilty but the jury acquitted him.

I haven't read the word Quid Pro Quo in this thread in weeks. Remember when you guys said it every single post but now have had to move the goalpost?

JF remembers. Just like collusion. Every other word until we find out Trump himself didn't collude. Then it went to obstruction.

You're just making garbage up as you go.

Because no matter what he says, no matter what arguments he makes, no matter how much he thinks he is right.....…..
Donald Trump is still President of the United States.

Go argue with your teddy bear. No one here has stated that Trump is not POTUS.

Even if he is the 47th best POTUS, he is POTUS.
