From what I've seen and read, Dad >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Huntsman Jr. Really. Really. Really. like Huntsman Senior, despite his many donations to the U of U.

Here's the last couple...
books

It was alright, I've heard the 2nd one is better. He is an interesting human being

books

A good book about Lewis Black not knowing what he thinks about religion... the parts about mormonism were amusing.

books

Really good book... nobody more provocative then Rex

books

If Tim Tebow is actually as good as Tim Tebow says he is in this book, dude might be one of the best ever.

books

This is a funny book. if you're as familiar with Birbiglia's material as I am, then there's nothing really new in this book.

books

A really interesting book if you like the series.

books

Currently reading this... This is a very interesting book about the future of tech, and the possibilities associated with the foreseen exponential growth of robotics, biotech, and nanotech.

just finished THE HUNGER GAMES - it was OK, pretty stereotypical of its genre, which generally isn't a favorite of mine anyhow. But I'll give the 3rd book in the series a try (Mockingjay) just to see how it all ends up. The reviews of the third book make it seem more worthwhile than the second.

now trying to read FREEDOM by Jonathan Frantzen and having difficulty getting past the first 20 pages.

I started reading the Hunger Games this weekend and am about 2/3rds through it (an announcement about a rule change was just made). Its pretty good. Definitely not for younger kids like the Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, or Fablehaven types, but not really too gory either. Just enough to keep me interested. I question the casting of some of the characters for the upcoming movie about it though - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1392170/

Here's a cool steampunk blog that's given me some ideas on the next read.

I'm currently reading.

So, I have about 100 pages left in this book and I'm hooked. It's very well written and reminds me of a Sherlock Homes book mixed with steampunk and history. The two main characters are compelling and Swineburn, for some weird reason reminds me of kicky. Anyways, I decided I'm going to read the second book of the series, unless the ending totally destroys what I've read so far.

Currently reading The Life and Opinions of Tristram Shandy, Gentleman. It's pretty whacky.

Last book I finished was Jailbird by Vonnegut.

Woody as Haymitch and Sutherland as Snow look pretty solid.

I don't mind them each as an actor/actress, but really don't think Jennifer Lawrence or Josh Hutcherson even come close to fitting the roles they are playing. That is sort of a big deal when they are the two main characters. However, yes I can completely see Woody in his role.

Damn good book. I am on a Zombie Apocalypse kick lately, having gone through "The Walking Dead" series and this. This book was so good, I'm probably getting the audio version, just for effect.

Recently read Water for Elephants, Harry Potter #7, and now I'm starting the new Ellen Degeneres book. I read the back and inside cover and already love it.

Do you mean you read the entire book series or the television series?

You and I would probably be friends. But it all goes back to the clock on my uncle's wall ...

I'm in book three of the Hunger Games right now. I thought the second book was much better than the first. My opinions aren't totally set on this one.

My next children's book (since apparently I read a lot of them) will be Colin Meloy's novel.

The last book I read was The Curious Case of the Clockwork Man. I'm currently reading Anno Dracula and I just bought 4 books on amazon.com today including the follow up book for The Gates by John Connolly called The Infernals. Kicky, you should read The Gates, especially if you like YA books. The book is hilarious and it's a book I couldn't put down. I would love to see what you'd think of it.
