I don't think the steady hand is what this team needs right now. This team needs Quin to step up and have the courage to actually hold his players accountable when they are selfish and needs to get back to running a real system. This team has not bought into sacrificing individually for the good of the team. The ball is sticking, and the maze of screens is just gone.

The rotation needs to change. Joe needs to continue being on a minutes-restriction but should start and close each half. I'd rather the bench endanger leads rather than hope the bench can take one. Ingles still impacts the game with his passing and acumen even when his shot is off. He is being wasted in the second unit.
