Jazz vs. Trail Blazers (8:30 MT on TNT)

These games are not good for my blood pressure. I thought we were finally going to have a nice relaxing blowout win but then we let them go on like a 19-2 run.

When we have all 5 starters on the floor we're really good but as soon as bench guy's start coming in the wheels fall off. We really need to get this figured out. Hopefully Clarkson will help.

I'm pretty happy with this one. They went to sleep, then had a few calls go the wrong way and they finished it despite portland shooting out of their minds.

Niang and Davis are still problematic in the rotation. We desperately need a hustle big off the bench. Someone who isn't afraid to get his nose dirty. Dive on the floor, box out, get his hands in passing lanes and create some deflections and steals. O'neale should fit the role when Conley comes back. But another hustle guy for depth sake would be very nice.

Clarkson already looked better than Exum ever did. He’ll get those 3 pointers to go next time. If he makes just two of them he ends up in double figures. he’s already our best bench player, leading them with 9.

I haven't had a caramello in years.
You mean one of these?

One of the best games of DM's career.
We've seen it before: he's productive playing the PG particularly when sharing the floor with Ingles.

makes me wonder if we would’ve been better off refraining from taking on Conley? Maybe we should’ve moved Mitchell to the 1 and built around that. Seeing davis and Bradley crap all over the court again tonight really makes me wish we had kept Favors.

Why do people keep saying this? Exum shut off Harden's water in a playoff series. He frustrated a league MVP in the playoffs to the point where the MVP didn't know what to do.

I'm happy to have Clarkson but come on this is bs.

I think I’ve totally lost patience with Davis at this point.

If things continue at this pace, Favors may end up being a very legitimate target with the MLE.
