2018 Prediction Contest Winner
It may be the last important game in this tournament for Turkey (yet we have to play 9-12 place games i think). And i dont really have much hope for this game. Even if we beat, we still have to wait for Lithuania to beat Germany which it will be enough for Lithuania to lose by 10-15 if Turkey wins this game. It will only make a difference for them to get the 3rd spot instead of 4.

So it doesnt seem to be a light at the end of tunnel but still the chance isnt lower than what we had before Turkey -spain, poland - GB game. Anyway i wanna finish with a turkish saying, Hope is poor man's bread. So while there is life, there is hope and we will hope for the best for Turkey ( for Kanter's good to many while homerism for likes of me) Also i think it is very important for Turkey to make it to the next round because then Turkey will still have a chance to go to olympics. And it will be a very important experience for Kanter to go to olympics in the beginning of his career.

damn it, how good are playing preldzic and kanter together, they had to get more mins in earlier games, we cant stop this teodosic bitch and krstic

the funny thing is, we played good defense, we rebounded well in the previous games but we suck at these points today
 
I would really like to see a replay of Kanter's miss. Looked to me like he was hacked. Curious.
 
Also, these announcers are ****ing terrible. They started off the broadcast by saying that Hedo and Tunceri should try to take over the game. Like, what?
 
he played very well actually, he gotta get more mins in this game because serbia isnt very good in post defense

5-6 minutes -- came out as Turkey was starting to get torched defensively.

I know it's been said before, but it's incredible how this team's strategy appears to be to take off-balance contested 3-pointers.

7 minutes. He was 2-4 (one miss was a tip that he grabbed and put in...so 2 of his 3 rebounds) fg, 0-2 ft for 4 points, 3 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 turnover (on a bull **** traveling call). His one actual miss, he got a nice pass and went up for the dunk, but then the ball came loose or something...I would've liked to see a replay, as I was unsure why that would have happened. A block? Foul? I don't know.

meh. He's committing too much to the guards defending PnR's this game. One time he stuck with the guard in the post, and the dude found Kanter's man open down low, forcing Hedo (?) to hack him hard. After Savas came in, Kanter had to guard a much more mobile 4, and was shaken one time, leading to a pretty wide open J (which was fortunately missed). He seems a bit tired or something, not sure.

1-5 from the line the last 2 games. Strange...maybe he's just frustrated.
