4 great playmakers, 2 of the freakiest athletes of all time, well 3 because Barkley should probably be in that mix in all honesty. I am lacking in shooting though. But most of these teams that aren't built around completely modern players will be lacking in shooting too.

He was incredible, his biggest flaw even then was he just wasn’t that skilled. IMO that’s why his dominance didn’t last long.

He's really not a good basketball player which makes it all the more impressive.

2. Penny Hardaway - 2 All NBA 1st teams and an NBA Finals appearance by the age of 24. Was on track to be a sure fire HOF'er pre injuries

4. Charles Barkley - Averaged 26, 12, and 5 in his prime. People forget how good his fat *** was
5. Dwight Howard - Beast mode Dwight Howard was an amazing thing to watch

Still not sure how all these pieces fit together but it would be a fun team.

Totally agreed, and IMO that's the cause of Penny for instance wasn't selected at the 1st/2nd or 3rd round even if in his first years was awesome

Peak years was the original statement. Plural. Doing it for years and years is evidence a player was spectacular and a great season wasn’t some anomaly.
