Site Maintenance Moved Up to Saturday

Wasn’t trying to be a dick either. The site seems quicker and it feels cleaner but:
1. Everything is so spread out...I can’t see two posts at the same time on my phone there is so much space between each.
2. I hate the wait 20 seconds **** between making two posts. Had it previously and for a long time but I’ve never bitched about it before. **** is annoying.
3. If a thread is 17 pages long, I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to click to go to the last page. Why isn’t the option at the top any more?
4. Still can’t post porn. This site hasn’t been family friendly in about a dozen years. Which coincidentally is about when I first joined.

Wes is up in the night. I love the changes. You know I'll be vocal when I run into stuff I don't like as much, but so far, overall, BIG upgrade.

You are ready for the NBA reboot!
 
Maybe it's just my phone but today the section at the top of the website (which you can swipe to the sides) doesn't show properly, I have to scroll empty space couple of times till I arrive at "Utah Jazz Section". It worked ok last days so I don't know what's the problem.
 
The home page (jazzfanz.com) is a mess right now. Here are some free suggestions for both layout and content (worth every penny you paid).

1) I assume you know and are working to fix the size issues on the news posts at the top of the page.
2) I don't like the news articles being featured at the top of the site. IMO, the primary value of this site is the fan interactions, so the aspects like most engaging and newest posts are what should be featured.
3) I don't like how the list of recent posts is limited to only 3 (right now they are all Jazz Newz items). Again, I think the value of this site is fan interaction and discussion, not news aggregation. I think that you ought to have at least the 10 most recently active threads and I think it would be great if jazz newz posts were excluded from being featured on the home site unless the original poster actually interacts or shares thoughts (i.e., don't let david locke and andy larsen use the site as free advertisement unless they actually contribute to the community).
4) Kind of related to item 3, the current design of the home page will suppress the content/discussions in the non-"Utah Jazz" forms (e.g., General Discussion, General Sports). Maybe that was the intention.
5) Building off my suggestion in c, I would consider putting a cap on the number of most recent/top interaction threads from non-Utah Jazz forms. Something like, at least 5 of the featured threads must be from the Utah Jazz form.

Sorry for only highlighting negatives. There are a lot of nice upgrades as well... but who wants to be positive in 2020?!

I have exactly the same feeling about those issues you mentioned.
 
The news article is vertical today for me! Yesterday was OK. I have to scroll down for ten seconds to reach forums!
 
I liked having all the forums next to each other, on top, instead of categorized.

If game threads are going to be created weeks or months in advance, by automation, perhaps they should have there own forum so they don't get buried? Or, will they be automatically top-posted for a couple of days before and after the game?
 
I'm really good at scrolling so I've hardly noticed it.

This is the first page in the “If not Rubio, then what?” thread. Like where is the title of the thread at the top of the page?

The way headings, subheadings and such have been altered on the site is a major issue. At least for me on my cell. I imagine it’s the same way on my laptop—yes, Salty, I’m still ****ing using one. Go figure.

It’s just odd. Starting with the semi-small Jazzfanz at the top of the page. The sizes all feel arbitrary and create a disorganized feel to each page. In this particular case, the lack of a thread name is a major issue imo.

The ads are still intrusive and mess up the viewing experience. They weren't intrusive like this before. Are you saying intrusive ads make more money?
