"Another fun matchup to watch was Paul George on Gordon Hayward. They made acquaintanceds in their rookie year if you remember with Hayward flushing one on PG at Conseco Fieldhouse. Tonight they had several possessions in which they went at each other which I would say finished in a push. It was nice to see George knock down some open shots. He also had a couple of sweet, high-flying finishes at the rim. Hayward finished with 20 and 10 while PG had 24 and 11."

And

"As I mentioned above, this was great fun but no assessment of any player's game or development should be drawn from the game. I repeat, this was not an NBA game. Just a lot of fun."

This kind of basketball is why they need to end the lockout fast! It's like going to the circus and watching the trapeze act or the high wire act. It's neat and fast, but in the end, it doesn't mean that much to the people watching. How many of us can name a trapeze artist? Maybe, Nike can give a few some sponsorships.

I cannot name a single trapeze artist, therefore the lockout must end, I agree.

Sponsoring a trapeze artist is dangerous business. What if there is a terrible, bloody accident and someone snaps a picture of the former trapeze stars bloody and tattered Nike sneakers laying next to his or her cold, motionless body.

Yeah, and there's just no money in it.

Watch the clip at 1:48 to see Hayward BEASTING.
