Players only meeting.

Yes I am seriously saying her boyfriend should be charged with her murder because he is the sole person who caused it to happen. Absolutely.
There are better and safer ways that situation could have been handled without endangering anyone.

You can't blane the boyfriend for defending his home when he thought it was being broken into.

It's easy to blame the cops because they should have handled it without braking into the house guns drawn

I called him a son of a bitch for calling me a racist. Since then, he has called me racist a number of times and I have avoided confrontation. Please leave me out of your poor examples on who to come at.

My entire message is to have a system and a society where you treat everybody with the same level of respect. That has to be the foundation of this entire movement. If there is side picking in any way, shape or form, it's just a matter of time before it crumbles.
Cy called me alt right and says I watch Steven Crowder.

That alone shows how terribly wrong he is about things.

The sad thing is I guarantee he thinks he's right. You know why? He thinks so and it doesn't matter what the facts are.

He has a gawd awful jump shop too.

Tamir and Philando were absolutely disgusting in every single way. Breonna Taylor I'm not so sure is race related, unless you tie in the war on drugs and the ability for cops to execute a no knock raid as racist, Which I wouldn't necessarily disagree with. But in regards to Breonna Taylor didn't they execute the no knock and when they knocked the door down her boyfriend started shooting and she was just caught in the cross fire? So if my facts are correct, which they very well may not be, it's more a matter of terrible policy than it is racist cops. Or am I missing something?

It is a bad policy because things like this can happen. So would they act the same if the people where white? I have my doubts but her BF was within his rights to start shooting since he didn't know it was the police and the number of shots also leads that racism could be part of the issue. I don't know if any of the cops had racial issues previously. What is upsetting is the mentality that is through out police departments. This we can do anything and get away with it.

I hope those officers were fired arrested and charged with multiple things.

It's disheartening to know that things like this happen but it's not the way it happens the vast amount of times when people comply.

What do you suggest? For people to comply or not to?

The connotation of predator is one who seeks prey. When it was used to describe Blake, it was to portary the police as protecting the community from someone who was a general threat. To my understand, Blake was leaving the home of his victim, and was not a general threat when he was shot.

I'd agree to abuser, bully, piece of dung, and many other descriptions about Blake. I still dispute that using "predator" to help justify the shooting is wrong.
Wasn't his arrest warrant and charges (or reasons) a clear indicator he was a threat?
I think it was BD asking why his history was relevant and to me, it puts it into perspective that this guy was a chronic criminal that went for a weapon in his car - maybe he didn't, I don't know.

Echos of the cement milkshakes that never existed. Are you really dumb enough to believe this?

How dare they try to protect themselves from people trying to beat them. They just protesters, they have no right to be there. What country do they think they are in? [/s]

They've been caught on video setting hundreds of fires, many on precinct buildings. I guess it could be a setup.

As for the shield wall Antifa protesters, they were probably lobbing bricks or other projectiles at the officers.

What do you suggest?
Defund and reform the police.

It should be unacceptable to any American that we normalize that people need to act like their lives are on the line anytime they have an interaction with those who are supposed to protect them. And any tiny thing that isn't in 'compliance' can be used to explain why these civil servants shot and killed someone.

Besides the obvious, Blake not getting shot 8 times in the back, let's say the police were defunded and reformed, who would have been sent in this situation to resolve it? I'm trying to understand how that all works.

I don't think many of them, outside AOC, are for total defunding anymore. Even CNN's finest Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo have backed off that stance.

How it all works? I don't think you really expect me to pull an entire reform plan out of my ***. But many smarter, better informed people have talked about options we have. The Police started as runaway slave catchers, and we are only a handful of generations removed from that. This **** is simply ingrained into the fabric of the Police Department. So complete reform is where I start. It can't be fixed in it's current state.

As far as how things would go form there. I don't have all the answers, just getting to that point would be huge. But I do know that the cops are asked to do WAY to many things that they aren't qualified for in the slightest, and have no clue how to handle. The way they are trained for the job would have to be completely updates as well. So let's say in theory whatever replaces the old police department is something much more robust, where people are trained to handle different situations, and sent out to those specific types of situations. At least half of all the 'not cops' should be trained professional mental health workers since that is so many of the things they are sent to deal with. And are currently so bad at.

So yea, that's the start I guess. Apart from just breaking down the racist infrastructure it's built on. Changing who does what instead of the catch all 'cop' who requires less training than a barber to get their qualified immunity and state issued firearm, and are then asked to go do everything from writing traffic tickets to ignoring rape victims.

A little less than one officer is killed by a criminal per week. Do police not get to protect themselves? How much does this number jump once you defund them and give criminals the upper hand? Guys like The Rapist(not giving this guy the game) were supposedly going for a knife AFTER he was tased. What are police supposed to do? Let them grab the knife? What if it's a gun?

And before I get called childish names I'm all for reform but I really don't think people understand that cops are dealing with murderers, rapist, wife beaters, extremely violent people, baligerant, drugged out(Floyd with insane fentaynal numbers with super human strength)flat out lowlifes.

Again could we reform? Yes. But we also have to protect our police who do farore good than the bigoted haters want to get them credit for. They are literally putting their lives on the line daily. And yes, there are flat out bad cops too.

I like the part where you try and find common ground and people still feel the need to reply like a pompous *******.

I don't get it.
They can't do it. That's why these guys riot and burn things. They are not mature enough
I've asked multiple simple questions today and have only gotten one intelligent answer. The rest has been rabid anger issue responses like the grown adult who said I had "diarrhea for brains". Most of these guys don't have the maturity to have adult conversations. Again that's why they riot, burn, and throw tempur tantrums.

I assume you’re talking about me but have no idea where you are seeing pompous ***. It was a civil response to a very broad question.

Wow ok. Remember that next time you need help.
Cops have never helped me once in my life. The majority of things they are called to ‘help’ with they either solve nothing or escalate the situation. I have never felt more safe or protected when a cop was nearby.

And I’m white!
