Does this guy look and sound credible to you?
LolI would be gobsmacked if Biden won the election. And I never use the word gobsmacked.
Historically speaking, a candidate as shallow, listless and insipid as Joe Biden would never win a Presidential election. I know we're talking about Biden v. Trump, but still.
It’s amazing the alt reality conservatives have created for themselves, isn’t it?
Another point, how and why did this happen?
Having a right wing echo chamber might make a ton of money. It might build up a loyal brainwashed base. But ultimately without hearing diverse opinions, the mechanisms that have build up Republican dominance politically at both state and federal levels, are acting as mechanisms for their own destruction. Fox News and am radio were assets for years. Are they anymore? What do you think?
Karen Stenner has an interesting view on this. Her research indicates that 30-40 percent of the population is vulnerable to having an authoritarian personality. Here’s a great interview:

Authoritarianism: The Terrifying Trait That Trump Triggers
Latent authoritarianism is surprisingly common—and a threat to liberal democracy. Psychologist Karen Stenner explains how it is triggered.psmag.com
Trump barely beat Clinton, and Biden doesn't have anywhere near her negatives.I would be gobsmacked if Biden won the election. And I never use the word gobsmacked.
I'm not surprised you're resorting to insults, because it's obvious you have no facts nor perspective. This idiot here is a perfect example of what you can expect from a Democratic candidate.
Yeah things are not shut down. You can't eat inside, but you can eat outside in the 30-40 degree weather at a few select restaurants. Who cares about all the restaurants that don't have outside dining or have permanently closed down due to the excessive lockdown restrictions put in place. And absolutely nobody cares or wants to dine indoor. Trust us, we're the Democrats and we are here to protect you, for your own good.
Calvin Coolidge. Jimmy Carter. George W. Bush.Historically speaking, a candidate as shallow, listless and insipid as Joe Biden would never win a Presidential election. I know we're talking about Biden v. Trump, but still.
Trump is also the incumbent without any clear message. At least on 2016 he could claim he wasn’t a corrupt president in it for only himself. He led a far more disciplined campaign based on economic populism. That isn’t at all visible in this 2020 campaign.Trump barely beat Clinton, and Biden doesn't have anywhere near her negatives.
That’s just in the 20th century too. Go one more back and you’ll find a treasure trove of awful shallow lame presidents.Calvin Coolidge. Jimmy Carter. George W. Bush.
fingers ****ing crossed!Trump barely beat Clinton, and Biden doesn't have anywhere near her negatives.
Well, that’s 700 fewer trump voters.
killing off your own base when you barely won 4 years ago seems pretty dumb.
Wow, it's almost like the last 4 years didn't happen. If voting were that easy. What about views on migration, foreign policy, trade, the environment, social policy, the rule of law, etc. And for the sake of it, just having a normal/decent president, instead of a narcisistic/sociopath/lying one. It's not about voting for a narcissist vs a senile old man. It's about lockdown vs no lockdown.
How many registered Republicans will vote for Biden? Seems to me that even small amounts of defectors will be enough to put Biden over the top.A blue tsunami would not surprise me, and that’s what I want to see. We may be able to make a call on Florida on election night, and I don’t want Trump to be crowing over Florida:

'We’ve got to stop the bleeding': Democrats sound alarm in Miami
Party officials in Florida’s most populous county are sweating weak early voting turnout among several key groups.www.politico.com
“Democrats are sounding the alarm about weak voter turnout rates in Florida’s biggest county, Miami-Dade, where a strong Republican showing is endangering Joe Biden’s chances in the nation’s biggest swing state.
No Democrat can win Florida without a huge turnout and big winning margins here to offset losses elsewhere in the state. But Democrats are turning out at lower rates than Republicans and at lower rates than at this point in 2016, when Hillary Clinton won by 29 percentage points here and still lost the state to Donald Trump”.
