ey good luck in this game tonight im definitely way more objective than most observers but i gotta say i really dont wanna see Utah go down 0-2 n the aftermath of all that...
My butt cheeks are already clinched... buckle up bitches this is what its all about.I'm nervous y'all.
No gimmes in the western conference... none. I'm kinda shocked the Clips were so worried about the Lakers that they tanked into a matchup with a team that took them to 7 last year and has a budding megastar. It's not, but it's also not a gimme to beat the Clippers. Or the Grizzlies.
Another difference between that OKC series and this one is that the gap between the 2021 Jazz and 2021 Grizzlies is a hell of a lot larger than the gap between the 2018 Jazz and 2018 Thunder. It can happen, for sure. But that Denver series was in a bubble, and therefore, all the games were screwed up with zero home court advantage for any team.
That Utah series with OKC, though, the Jazz won home court with that win and basically held serve throughout the rest of the series (won two games in SLC, lost game five in OKC and then closed the series out in six at the Viv).
For Utah to win three straight against Memphis, it'll require them to not only win once in Memphis - but twice.
Doubt.
I was doubly nervous because I had a job interview this morning. Interview went great. So now all my nerves can go towards the Jazz. Let’s make it a good day!I'm nervous y'all.
Over the last few weeks Hehe Streams has been worthless. So yes, you have company. I've read online that they've been having issues and have been "working on it." But I haven't seen any improvements and it honestly got really frustrating. I tried keeping up with the games via Twitter.Let’s talk about hehestreams. I watch on iOS and since the play-in games and playoffs, when the game gets to the last couple minutes the feed stops. Anyone else having this issue?

Dell Curry was a Jazz first round pick many, many years ago.Over the last few weeks Hehe Streams has been worthless. So yes, you have company. Since the playoffs are nationally televised, I haven't had to use Hehe Streams. I've used Hehe for the past two years and these last few weeks have been the most problematic. I can't wait until this television deal elapses and the Jazz get a big boy deal. I use Youtube TV and love it. Literally the only disadvantage I've found to it has been the lack of Jazz game access. However, I have loved listening to the opposing announcers through Hehe Streams.
Some observations:
- Steph's Curry's dad is by far the best guy I've listened to. He was very complimentary of the Jazz and offered some actual in-depth analysis. As horrible as Reggie Miller and Mark Jackson are, Dell Curry is just that damn good. I think he does the Charlotte Hornets games.
- The Rockets announcers were just as dumb as their fans. They were whining one game about our flopping. The dudes who've been calling James Harden games for years were whining about Gobert and Jingles flopping. GTFO...
- I want to say that the Twolves announcers were really good as well. They're used to crappy basketball and didn't take themselves too seriously.
- Most announcers really started making fun of Clarkson's chucking about 2 months ago. Basically when his chucking became absurd. If other announcers are recognizing how he's a liability, imagine what scouts and coaches think.
I may just subscribe to YouTube TV. Are they blacking out Jazz games? I remember that being an issue when I did it a couple years ago. Or maybe it was just the NBA TV games.Over the last few weeks Hehe Streams has been worthless. So yes, you have company. I'm honestly pretty nervous for this one. Donovan hasn't played in 5 and a half weeks and will likely have Dillon Brooks guarding him, I could see him having a really rough night. We have to find a way to cut down the turnovers. If we go down 0-2 in this series we're in trouble.
It’s blacked out. I thought I read on here that the tv deal will expire in the next year or two and hopefully the Jazz will have a friendlier package. Either they’ll be on YouTube tv or league pass won’t be blocked.I may just subscribe to YouTube TV. Are they blacking out Jazz games? I remember that being an issue when I did it a couple years ago. Way to keep your expectations reasonable, my man.Mitchell owns Brooks. I expect a 30+ point game from him.
Me too. Brooks is a horrible matchup for a first game back.I'm honestly pretty nervous for this one.
