I think I’m going to skip the first half tomorrow and check the score. If it’s close, I’ll watch the second. If it’s not, I’ll assume it’s going to get worse.
 
This roster is just short for playoffs. You've got to be able to get a few minutes of decent postseason play from your 9th or 10th guy.
That said, even if you've got roster sporty decently covered, it's not realistic to think you can overcome Conley/Mitchell injuries.
We could have survived this series if Mitchel was ok. Kid seems to be well into his path to basketball greatness.

It’s the last game of the year... may as well watch it all... gonna be a few months before we see em again.
 
I think Conley is being selfish and is saving himself for when he leaves Utah. I'm sorry but I get so angry when the camera shows him just so content getting paid on the bench not helping this team while Donovan risks it all. Fu Conley, DL, Zanik
 
I'll be shocked if we lose by less than 30.

They will do nothing to retool. They will point to the injuries for the reason too roll it all back.
 
I actually feel a little confident as maybe these guys will come out with as an underdog with a chip on their shoulder and play like they actually want to be there for once.

The time to come out firing was yesterday and they started out like they weren’t super interested in winning a basketball game.

Nah down 20ish all game and push it to 9 with 5 minutes left... get some hope and then Reggie Jackson will hit back to back threes.

What? Bogey made five or was it four 3's in a row in the first quarter. They were on fire. But they didn't defend. It was frustrating because they couldn't miss so they let up on d and that dictated the ball game.

Yeah I know... Don had a ****** turnover... Joe didn’t hustle a loose ball down which gifted a layup... bogey left a guy wide open for a three in the first couple minutes... they came out and immediately went down... then they shot the **** out of the ball but got no stops. They played pretty casual but made shots.

that was pathetic...the effort was horrendous. what happened to that top ranked defense? looks like swiss cheese .
 
There’s no way DL has the latitude for a pure “run it back.” With the Millers around, DL could position himself as some type of seer who could see things other people can’t, and people would just assume it’s true (from organizational management down to the local media surrogates down to the casual internet fan). But that **** doesn’t work when all the sudden a HOFer has bought his way to the table. DL is going to have a hard time pretending he can see things that Wade can’t.
