At this point, Im sure our FO guys are not great at their jobs.

I'd argue that the #32 pick is more valuable than the #30 pick. The #30 pick is a guaranteed contract, the #32 is more flexible.

And neither team is in a salary crunch, so, not really relevant.

Why did Memphis draft Santi Aldama, though. They could pick him at 40 or trade down or buy a pick later and pick him. I haven't seen him much high on mocks or big boards.

They moved up for absolutely no reason. Both guys they took would likely still be there at their original draft spots.
