Domino's write-up:

In this interesting matchup my team will dominate his defensively, four of my five starters have made all NBA defensive team a combined 31 times compared to his 5 from just one player which I will get into more on my individual matchups. Offensively he only has one player my team needs to worry about in Kareem other than him my team should be able to dominate on the offensive side, with 2 dominate bigs down low, an excellent floor general in Gary Payton, with Devin Booker as an elite scorer who can score from anywhere on the court, And let's not forget the center piece of my team Larry bird who can score from anywhere on the court and the ability to run an offense effectively.

Derrick Rose VS Gary Payton

Derrick rose never went up against the GREATEST defensive point guard if all time being the only point guard ever to ever win DPOY, If Gary is the only player to ever hold Michael Jordan under 30 ppg in a finals (27.2) Imagine what he would do against rose, Payton is much more physical and would dominate derrick rose in any pick and roll situation on offense

Manu ginobili vs Devin Booker

We have no idea how Manu would react as a starter being a sixth man most of his career helping him get most of his stats playing lesser competition, Devin Booker Is already a proven starter making 2 all star games in six seasons compared to Manu's 2 in 16 seasons, Manu was never a great defender and Devin is ready to expose that

Dominique Wilkins vs Larry Bird

A little known fact Larry bird has made 3 all NBA defensive teams compared to Dominique's 0 Larry bird would DOMINATE this matchup offensively and defensively, Larry bird always showed up in the big games as Dominique seemed to shrink never winning a championship COME ON GUYS he's Larry Bird enough said

Dirk nowitzki vs Tim Duncan

This is the key matchup of our game and Tim will completely dominate just like real life as he won 53-37 against dirk... Dirk is an absolute liability on defense for a seven footer making ZERO all defensive teams whereas Tim Duncan was an amazing defender making 15 all NBA defensive teams over the course of his career, and Not to mention Tim was the greatest fundamentally sound offensive player Of our time he would score on dirk more than dirks own wife

Kareem Abdul jabar vs Dwight Howard

Kareem has never gone up against a defensive player like prime Dwight Howard and athletic freak who won 3 DPOY And Dwight would still give Kareem fits on the other end of the floor as well Dwight led his team to and NBA finals with a team that doesn't have one other player in this contest beating the great lebron James to get there. It's time to put some respect on Dwight's name

Bench

Going back to the defensive dominance I have over his team I have two more defensive studs on my bench in Rajon Rondo and dikembe mutumbo
With Rajon Rondo making two all NBA defensive teams and dikembe mutumbo winning the DPOY four times I have optimum shooting with lamarcus Aldridge and khris Middleton who were both great defender in his own right and last but not least I have my get a bucket free card in Carmelo Anthony who is a top 10 pure scorer in NBA history... In closing I truly believe I would dominate this team.

I think Domino wins this, the threesome of Duncan Bird and Payton, I think overcomes the threesome of Kareem Dirk and Wilkins IMO. I thought Manu was going to start, probably would’ve swayed my vote. I love Manu and think he’s hella underrated.

Why is Manu coming off the bench behind (and almost certainly playing fewer minutes than) Rip? Manu is superior in almost every single way.
Not a minutes thing. Hamilton runs a lot and is relief for stars without high usage. Manu will still play around 30 minutes.
