I know it's against SL competition, but that Doke drop step covers a LOT of territory. Just give the big man the rock.
I'm curious about Robert Franks for Dallas. He's 6'9", has a 7'2" wingspan and can drill 3s off the dribble.
How’s his D? All I know is I liked his shot from the highlights of one game. He’s got great shooting numbers in college and G league from deep. Looks like a good Thomas replacement.I thought Hughes was clutch after looking horrible earlier. Forrest and Dok were solid. A guy that is unspectacular but gets the job done solidly is Dakota Mathias. I wonder if the coaches might be looking at him as a two way? He was GLeague experience where he averaged 18 ppg and averaged 6 ppg in 8 games for the Sixers last year.
It's pretty good. He was Big 10 defensive player of the year I think his senior year. The Sixers played him enough in 8 games last year for him to average 6 ppg. So his D couldn't have been hideous. He does nothing that will show up in ESPN Highlights but quietly gets the job done. How’s his D? All I know is I liked his shot from the highlights of one game. Damn. Not bad to have on the résumé when I’m comparing him to Thomas. It's pretty good. He was Big 10 defensive player of the year I think his senior year. Then gives up a wide open corner 3 to start OT.Of course, kid ties the game with a clutch trey 10 second after I wrote this....
My homer pick Miles McBride looking nice tonight. 7-9 FG, 6-6 3pt, 2-2 FT. 22/7/5 in 28 minutes. I preferred him over Butler even without the medical red flags, but I hope I'm wrong!
