Following potential 2012 draftees

In this draft, IF he decides to declare, he is not a top 7 pick. He should be a mid-teens selection, and will get a team 10-12ppg and 8-9rpg. "He doesn't play as big as he should" - How big should he play when he is 6'8" maybe 6'9"? He isn’t the ‘above the rim’ player with explosive athleticism, but he does a lot of things well like uses his body and weight for position and rebounds , passes out double teams, has great hands and a soft touch around the basket.

Very fair, nutz. I like Sully, but I've always called him overhyped and believe he'll go 8-11 .. rather than the 4 - 6 the mocks have him at ..

Sullinger > Thomas Robinson or Terrance Jones imo.

Sullinger is MUCH more limited than TJones. Jones can do much more on the court and is nearly the same size. I like Sully's intanglibles better than Jones, but his ceiling is low.

Robinson is very similar to Jones, bit with, again, less versatility.

Jones has the most upside of these three, but I just doubt he'll reach his potential .. maybe 3rd of the three in the intangibles ..

hmmm. He has the handles and is quick and athletic enough to handle the three. Needs to work on his perimeter shot, but seems like a decent fit for him if he can work on his shot.

He has all the physical tools necessary, but I don't think he has the mentality. Plus, I remember seeing an interview with him while he was still in high school saying he views himself as a PF.

Rivers looks much better tonight than the other games I have watched him in.

Pretty good game for him. Craft for Ohio State is someone scouts should start to really look at. The no starting point guard issue for Duke really reared its head last night. It is not good when the starting point guard has 0 assists. They better give more PT to Cook.

Problem with Craft is that he's been able to be shut down (a couple times too easily) with a long, athletic defender. Some don't want PG's that can't shoot .. I'm more afraid of PG's that can't get into the lane at will.

If he got shutdown last year (as a freshman), then I wonder if he has improved as a sophomere at getting into the lane? Or how much of his success is based on Buford and Sullinger getting more attention.

Good questions. I only saw one game of OSU's this year .. need to watch a couple more.

Watching UNC and Wisc. Taylor vs. Marshall.

UNC fans complaining that Marshall cannot defend a quick PG, at all.

Wisconsin is so brutal to watch. I seriously don't see any of this years pgs going any higher than 15. I like Teague best, but want none of them on our team.
