Yeah mate, complete joke, VHA didn't even pretend to negotiate. Union being gutless should have brought in work bans during COVID, we had the ***** over a barrel, they were too busy advocating for unvaccinated workers to give a **** about our pay. That useless Labor senator that died a couple of weeks ago was from our union, apparently she didn't know that being friendly with the far right of the liberal party could be an issue for her in her own party.

Two years living in isolation from my family, wrestling ***** with covid on a near daily basis, experiencing significant symptoms of PTSD and by the end of this EBA, I'd get paid more to walk around a ****ing shopping centre. I can get RPL'd for a bunch of qualifications, honestly need to, there is absolutely no future in doing this ****.

Man that’s garbage. Sorry to hear. Ffs surely the first thing a union leader should understand is leverage.

Here's a nice little summary in the guardian. Diana Asmar who is head of the Union is too busy picking factional fights with Dan Andrews, and Albanese to worry about her members

current dismissed supreme court action, she wants to presumably waste Union members dollars to fight her own party in the high court.

Gets plenty of press, betraying the labor movement and using members cash to forward her own political ambitions, not much about pay and conditions....

Same Union different management in Sydney, they're on strike today over a 2.5 percent pay offer. I used to sleep with one of the girls who is one of their organisers, awesome chick.

God no. Actually when i met this girl she was working for the commonwealth public service union, awesome girl, mad as a bag full of cats, great fun. Currently refusing to talk to me until I get treatment for my manifest mental health issues, I feel like saying to her pot vs kettle but you know pick your battles....
