Woof, that's bad.
Yeah, why would we want a stretch 4 at 22.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 1.2 steals who plays defense like we need at the 4 and is hitting a decent 35.4% from 3?
Does anyone actually think we’d get someone better than Siakam? At this age. Who plays defense. And would fit our culture. If so, name me someone. Cause it ain’t ****ing happening. And like I said, I personally think the Eaptors would say no as they recognize the importance of defense…
Oh yeah they're going to trade their best player for another shot at a six foot nothing guard line right? It's an unrealistic trade scenario, but not for the reasons indicated. Check out Mitchell's metrics in crunch time and get back to me on that one.The Raptors would trade Siakam for Mitchell in a heartbeat. Then they'd throw in Gary Trent Jr. and probably a pick or two.
I damn near have an aneurysm everytime you post your ****, and your avatar is very punchableI’d love this beyond belief. No chance it happens as I don’t think Toronto would do it. But this would keep us fairly young, give us a stretch 4/longer dude there and help solidify our defense next to Rudy while not losing too much on offense.
If we could get that haul I would trade Mitchell. Trent Jr is one of the best guard defenders in the NBA plus he is a solid on offense. Siakam, Gobert and Trent jr would make us the best defensive team in the NBA and the offense would still be solid. Ideally Trent is next to Mitchell but even so its okay. We would need a PG going forward but another year of Conley starting and then maybe Butler can step in. Butler so far fouls a decent amount but his defense has been pretty good. Then maybe House and NAW can fill in the other spot going forward. That is a very good team with big potential. The Raptors would trade Siakam for Mitchell in a heartbeat. Then they'd throw in Gary Trent Jr. and probably a pick or two.
I would also gladly take Precious, Trent JR and OG for Mitchell and Royce. Or whatever they wanted not named Gobert to go with them.
Toronto has so many players that Jazz could use.
Because he's older, he shoots league average, he can't create for himself, and he doesn't really work as a 5. He's a nice player, probably a #3 option and complement to star players, but Donovan has significantly more value. Trading Donovan right now, would be like trading Damian Lillard a few years ago.
