It’s easy to rationalize how not using an exception or making a trade that saves some money won’t change our ultimate fate… using MLE becomes a 30M transaction.

It is called strengthening your core. Abs are key to overall core strength, stability and will minimize risk to back injury.

+1 and it make all the difference. GSW win the final not because they were offensively brillant but because they defend very well. Bucks win the tittle when they decide to defend as well. Lesson to learn... here some people thing trading the best NBA defender will help....

Resisted ab machines have a place if you know why you're using it or want to focus on that particular area. They don't focus exclusively on "the core", but just a part of it. On that point, mdalby is right.

This makes me less intersted in ron mexico. Why is he criticizing rudy for how he works out? Pretty obvious rudy is in great shape and however he is working out its working. Rudy and his trainers know what they are doing.
